S.O. 326 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-sections (d), (f), (g) and (i) of Section-5 of the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences & Technology(SCTIMST), Trivandrum Act 1980 (Act of 1980), read with Rule 3 of the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences & Technology, Trivandrum Rules, 1981, the Central Government hereby nominates the following persons as members of the Institute Body of the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences & Technology, Trivandrum;

2. In exercise of the powers conferred under the Section 7 of the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences & Technology (SCTIMST), Trivandrum Act, 1980, Shri K. M. Chandrasekhar, Former Cabinet Secretary, Government of India is hereby nominated as the President of the Institute Body of the SCTIMST.
3. The terms of office of the members shall be governed by the provisions contained in Section-6 of the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences & Technology (SCTIMST), Trivandrum Act, 1980.
4. This notification will come into force from today, i.e. 4th February, 2014.
