का.आ. 355;अद्ध.—केन्द्रीय सरकार, कोयला धरक क्षेत्रा ;अर्जन और विकासद्ध अध्निियम, 1957 ;1957 का 20द्ध, ;जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अध्निियम कहा गया हैद्ध की धरा 4 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध के अध्ीन जारी भारत सरकार के कोयला मंत्राालय की अध्सिूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 565, तारीख 3 पफरवरी, 2012, जो भारत के राजपत्रा, भाग II, खंड 3 की उप-खंड ;iiद्ध में तारीख 11 पफरवरी, 2012 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, द्वारा इससे संलग्न अनुसूची में विनिदष्ट परिक्षेत्रा में 10587.525 हेक्टर ;लगभगद्ध या 26161.77 एकड़ ;लगभगद्ध माप वाली भूमि में कोयले का पूर्वेक्षण करने के अपने आशय की सूचना दी थीऋ
अतः, अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अध्निियम, की धरा 7 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए 10 पफरवरी, 2014 से आरंभ होने वाले वर्ष से एक वर्ष की और अवध् िको ऐसी अवध् िके रूप में विनिदष्ट करती है जिसके भीतर केन्द्रीय सरकार इससे उपाब( अनुसूची में विनिदष्ट उक्त भूमि को या ऐसी भूमि में अथवा उस पर के किसी अध्किार का अर्जन करने की अपने आशय की सूचना दे सकेगी ।

क—ख रेखा ग्राम ध्रमजयगढ़ के उत्तरी सीमा में बिन्दु फ्कय् से आरंभ होती है और ग्राम ध्रमजयगढ़ के उत्तरी और पूर्वी सीमा के साथ गुजरती हुई बिन्दु फ्खय् पर मिलती है ।
ख—ग रेखा बिन्दु फ्खय् से आरंभ होती है और ग्राम भंडारीमुढा के उत्तरी और पूर्वी सीमा के ग्राम, कनावुफला, ओगना के साथ गुजरती हुई दर्रीडीह के दक्षिण सीमा के, शेरबन्द आरक्षित वन के पूर्वी सीमा के ग्राम, आमगांव के पूर्वी, दक्षिणी और पश्चिमी सीमा से होकर बिन्दु फ्गय् पर मिलती है ।
ग—घ रेखा बिन्दु फ्गय् से आरंभ होती है और ग्राम बईसी, बईसी कालोनी के दक्षिणी सीमा के साथ गुजरती हुई फ्घय् बिन्दु पर मिलती है ।
घ—क रेखा बिन्दु फ्घय् से आरंभ होती है और ग्राम बईसी कालोनी, ध्रमजयगढ कालोनी तथा दुर्गापुर के पश्चिमी सीमा के, ग्राम दुर्गापुर, शाहपुर के उत्तरी सीमा के साथ गुजरती हुई आरंभिक बिन्दु फ्कय् पर मिलती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th February, 2014
S.O. 355(E).—Whereas by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal, number S.O. 565, dated the 3rd February, 2012, issued under sub-section (1) of the section 4 of the Coal BearingAreas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) and published in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India, dated the 11th February, 2012, the Central Government gave notice of its intension to prospect for coal in land measuring 10587.525 hectares (approximately) or 26161.77 acres (approximately) in the locality specified in the Schedule appended thereto.

Now therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by section 7 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby specifies a further period of one year commencing from the 10th February 2014, as the period within which the Central Government may give notice of its intension to acquire the said land or any rights in or over the said land specified in the Schedule appended hereto.

A-B Line starts from point 'A' on the northern boundary of village Dharamjaigarh and passes along northern and eastern boundary of village Dharamjaigarh and meets at point 'B'.
B-C Line starts from point 'B' and passes along northern and eastern boundary of village Bhandarimudha, southern boundary of village Kanakula, Ogana, Darridih, eastern boundary of Sherband Reserve Forest, eastern, southern and western boundary of village Amgaon and meets at point 'C'.
C-D Line starts from point 'C' and passes along southern boundary of village Baisi, Baisi Colony and meets at point 'D'.
D-A Line starts from point 'D' and passes along western boundary of village Baisi Colony, Dharamjaigarh : Colony, Durgapur, northern boundary of village Durgapur, Shah pur and meets at the starting point 'A'.
