नई दिल्ली, 30 जनवरी, 2014
का. आ. 357;अद्ध.—केन्द्रीय सरकार, रबड़ नियम, 1955 के नियम 3 और नियम 4 के साथ पठित रबड़ अध्निियम, 1947 ;1947 का 24द्ध की धरा 4 की उपधरा ;3द्ध के खंड ;घद्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्राालय, वाणिज्य विभाग की अध्सिूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 465;अद्ध, तारीख 1 मार्च, 2011 में निम्नलिखित और संशोध्न करती है, अर्थात् :—
उक्त अध्सिूचना में, क्रम संख्यांक 18 और उससे संबंध्ति
प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्् :—
''18. श्री बेबी उझुथुवल -सदस्य उझुथुवल हाउफस, चक्कमपुझा, ;वह 28 पफरवरी, 2014 डाकघर अरूणापुरम ;वायाद्ध तक पदधरण करेंगेद्ध''। कोट््टयम, केरल-686574

S.O. 357(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Rubber Act, 1947 (24 of 1947) read with rules 3 and 4 of the Rubber Rules, 1955, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce number S.O.465(E), dated the 1st March, 2011, namely:—
In this said notification, for serial number 18 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:—
"18. Shri Baby Uzhuthuval - Member Uzhuthuval House, (He shall hold office till
