उप-िनयम (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:30)ए, राज्य सभा के सभापति एतद्द्वारा 27 नवम्बर, 2014 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करते हैं जिस तारीख से 26 नवम्बर, 2014 के भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण में अधिसूचना सं.आरएस. 7/5/2014-एल, दिनांक 26 नवम्बर, 2014 के अधीन प्रकाशित नियमों के संशोधन प्रवृत्त होंगे।

No.RS.7/5(i)/2014-L.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 220 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Council of States (Rajya Sabha), the Chairman, Rajya Sabha, hereby appoints the 27th day of November, 2014 as the date on which the amendments to the rules published under Notification No. RS. 7/5/2014-L dated the 26th November, 2014 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary of the 26th November, 2014 shall come into force.
