विषय : दिनांक 12.02.2014 के का.आ. सं. 381(अ) द्वारा अधिसूचित दिल्ली में फार्म हाऊसों के नियमितीकरण के लिए विनियमों के संबंध में अनुशेष/संशोधन ।
(दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम, 1957 की धारा 57 के अंतर्गत)
का.आ. 2973(अ).-दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 की 61) की धारा 57 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण, केन्द्र सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से, दिल्ली में फार्म हाऊसों के नियमितीकरण के लिए विनियमों जिन्हें दिनांक 12.02.2014 की अधिसूचना का.आ. सं. 381(अ) द्वारा अधिसूचित किया गया था, में पैरा 1.2 (ix) के संबंध में एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित परिवर्तन/संशोधन करता है :

Sub: Addendum/Modification to Regulations for Regularization of Farm Houses in Delhi notified vide
S.O. No. 381(E), dated 12.2.2014
(Under Section 57 of DD Act, 1957)
S.O. 2973(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 57 of Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), the Delhi Development Authority, with the prior approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments/modification in terms of Para 1.2 (ix) to the Regulations for Regularization of Farm Houses in Delhi which were notified vide Notification S.O. No. 381(E), dated 12.2.2014:
