काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 2999(2999(2999(2999(अअअअ).).).).————के न्(cid:14)ीय सरकार, कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अिधिनयम, 1948 (1948 का 34) की धारा 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:31)ए भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र, भाग II, ख%ड 3 उप-ख%ड (ii) में दिनांक 29 अप्रैल, 2014 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के ,म और रोजगार मंत्रालय की दिनांक 29 अप्रैल, 2014 की अिधसूचना का.आ. संख्या 1166(अ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है।

उक्त अिधसूचना में "निगम द्वारा धारा 8 के ख%ड (ग) के उप-ख%ड (v) के अन्तर्गत चयनित" शीर्षक के अंतर्गत 4म संख्या 15 के सामने निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात:—

New Delhi, the 27th November, 2014

S.O. 2999(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour & Employment S.O. No. 1166(E) dated 29th April, 2014 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 Sub-Section (ii) dated the 29th April, 2014.

In the said notification under the heading "Elected by the Corporation under sub-clause (v) of clause (c) of Section 8" against S.No.15, the following entry shall be substituted namely:—
