सासासासा....काकाकाका....निनिनिनि.... 846846846846(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ),-,-,-,-राष्ट्रपित, संविधान के अनु(cid:16)छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:31)ए, और खाद्य और पोषण बोर्ड (अननुसचिवीय राजपत्रित पद) भर्ती नियम, 1967 को, उन बातों के सिवाय अधि3ांत करते (cid:31)ए जिन्हें ऐसे अधि3मण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, महिला और बाल विकास मंत्रालय, खाद्य और पोषण बोर्ड में तकनीकी सलाहकार, संयुक्त तकनीकी सलाहकार, उप तकनीकी सलाहकार और सहायक तकनीकी सलाहकार के पदों पर भर्ती की प;ित का िविनयमन करने के िलए िनम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1.1.1.1. संक्षिसंक्षिसंक्षिसंक्षिप्त नानानानाम और प्रारंभम और प्रारंभम और प्रारंभम और प्रारंभ –––– (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम महिला और बाल विकास मंत्रालय, खाद्य और पोषण बोर्ड (समूह 'क' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2014 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे।

3.3.3.3. भर्तीभर्तीभर्तीभर्ती की प(cid:29)तिकी प(cid:29)तिकी प(cid:29)तिकी प(cid:29)ति,,,, आयु सीमाआयु सीमाआयु सीमाआयु सीमा,,,, अर्हताएं आदि अर्हताएं आदि अर्हताएं आदि अर्हताएं आदि –––– उक्त पद पर भर्ती की प;ति, आयु सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से (13) में विनिIदष्ट हैं।

(कककक) जिसने ऐसे Kयक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित हैं, विवाह किया है; या
(खखखख) िजसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीिवत रहते (cid:31)ए किसी Kयक्ति से विवाह किया है,
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहL होगा :
परन्तु यदि कें Nीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह उस Kयक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुOेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी Kयक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
5.5.5.5. शिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्ति –––– जहां कें Nीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके िलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखब; करके , तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन िनयमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के Kयक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।
6.6.6.6. (या(या(या(यावृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्ति –––– इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहL डालेगी, िजनका कें Nीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूिचत जनजातियों, अन्य पिछडे वगU, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के Kयक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

| संयुक् त प;ित : प्रतिनियुक् ित (जिसके अंतर्गत अल् पकालिक संविदा भी है) या प्रोन् नित : क े न् Nीय सरकार या राज् य सरकारों या संघ राज् य क्षेत्रों या विश् वविद्यालयों या मान् यता प्राप् त अनुसंधान संस् थाओं या लोक क्षेत्र के उप3मों या अर्;सरकारी या स् वायत् त या कानूनी संगठनों के अधीन ऐसे अधिकारी जो, – (i) जो मूल काडर या विभाग में नियमित आधार पर सदृश पद धारण किए ए हैं; या (क) (ii) जिनकी मूल काडर या विभाग में वेतन बैंड-3, 15,600-39,100 W. + Gेड वेतन 7,600 W. या समतुल् य ^ेणी में नियमित आधार पर नियुक् ित के पश् चात् पाँच वर्ष की सेवा है; और (ख) निम् नलिखित शैक्षिक अर्हताएं और अनुभव रखते हैं आवश् यक : (i) किसी मान् यता प्राप् त विश् वविद्यालय या संस् थान से खाद्य विOान और पोषण या अनुप्रयुक् त पोषण या खाद्य और पोषण या जीव- रसायन या खाद्य प्रौद्योगिकी और रसायन विOान या गृह विOान या खाद्य विOान और प्रौद्योगिकी में डाक् ट्रेट की डिGी; और (ii) समुदाय पोषण प्रोGामों या पोषण और स् वास् थ् य प्रोGाम की योजना बनाने या पोषण के क्षेत्र में समाघात कारक रखने वाले प्रकाशनों से समbथत अनुसंधान के 3ियान् वयन में दस वर्ष का अनुभव। टिप् पण 1 : वेतन बैंड-3, 15,600-39,100 W. + Gेड वेतन 7,600 W. की ^ेणी में पाँच वर्ष की नियमित सेवा रखने वाले विभागीय संयुक् त तकनीकी सलाहकार भी बाd अeयbथयों के साथ विचारित होंगे और नियुिक् त के लिए उनका चयन किए जाने की दशा में, पद को प्रोन् नित से भरा गया समझा जाएगा। टिप् पण 2 : पोषक प्रवर्ग के ऐसे विभागीय अधिकारी, जो प्रोन् नति की सीधी पंक् ित में है, प्रतिनियुक् ित पर नियुक् ित के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहL होंगे। इसी प्रकार प्रतिनियुक् त K यक् ित प्रोन् नति द्वारा नियुक् ित के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहL होंगे। टिप् पण 3 : प्रतिनियुक् ित (जिसके अंतर्गत अल् पकालिक संविदा भी है) की अवधि, जिसके अंतर्गत कें Nीय सरकार के उसी या किसी अन् य संगठन या विभाग में इस नियुक् ित से ठीक पहले धारित किसी अन् य काडर बाd पद पर प्रतिनियुक् ित (जिसके अंतर्गत अल् पकािलक संविदा भी है) की अवधि है साधारणतया पाँच वर्ष से अधिक नहL होगी। टिप् पण 4 : प्रतिनियुक् ित (जिसके अंतर्गत अल् पकालिक संविदा भी है) द्वारा नियुक् ित के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप् त करने की अंतिम तारीख को 56 वर्ष से अधिक नहL होगी। टिप् पण 5 : प्रतिनियु ्क् ित के आधार पर नियुक् ित के प्रयोजन के लिए किसी अधिकारी द्वारा, 01 जनवरी, 2006 से पहले या उस तारीख से जिससे छठे के न् Nीय वेतन आयोग की सिफारिशों पर आधारित पुनिरीक्षित वेतन संरचना का विस् तार किया गया है, िनयिमत आधार पर की गई सेवा को, िसवाय उस दशा के , जहां एक से अधिक पूर्व पुनरीक्षित वेतनमान का साधारण Gेड वेतन या वेतनमान सहित एक ^ेणी में विलय हो गया है और वहां यह लाभ के वल उस पद पर विस् तारित होगा जिसके लिए Gेड वेतन या वेतनमान बिना किसी उन् नयन का साधारण प्रतिस् थापन Gेड है उक् त वेतन आयोग की सिफारिशों पर आधारित विस् तारित तत् स् थानी Gेड वेतन या वेतनमान पर की गई सेवा समझी जाएगी। |

| प्रोन् नित : उप तकनीकी सलाहकार जिनकी वेतन बैंड-3, 15,600-39,100 . + ेड वेतन 6,600 . की ेणी में पाँच वर्ष की नियमित सेवा है और के न् %ीय सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर यथा विहित पोषण या सहब) क्षेत्रों में किसी मान् यता प्राप् त संस् थान में प्रशिक्षण प्राप् त किया हो । टिप् पण 1: जहां ऐसे कनिष् ठ K यक्तियों के संबंध में, जिन् होंने अपनी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली है, प्रोन् नित के लिए विचार किया जा रहा हो, वहां उनके ज् येष् ठ K यक् ितयों के संबंध में भी विचार किया जाएगा परंतु यह तब जब कि उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा, अपेक्षित अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा के आधे से अधिक से या दो वर्ष से, इनमें से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन् होंने अपने ऐसे कनिष् ठ K यक् ितयों सहित, जिन् होंने ऐसी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है, अगली उ चतर ^ेणी में प्रोन् नति के लिए अपनी परिवीक्षा की अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर ली हो। टिप् पण 2: प्रोन् नति के लिए न् यूनतम अर्हक सेवा की संगणना करने के प्रयोजन के लिए किसी अधिकारी द्वारा, 01 जनवरी, 2006 से पहले या उस तारीख से जिससे छठे के न् Nीय वेतन आयोग की सिफारिशों पर आधारित पुनरीक्षित वेतन संरचना का विस् तार किया गया है, नियमित आधार पर की गई सेवा को उक् त वेतन आयोग की सिफारिशों पर आधारित विस् तारित तत् स् थानी Gेड वेतन या वेतनमान पर की गई सेवा समझी जाएगी। प्रतिनियुक् ित (जिसके अंतर्गत अल् पकािलक संिवदा भी है) : क े न् Nीय सरकार या राज् य सरकारों या संघ राज् य क्षेत्रों या विश् वविद्यालयों या मान् यता प्राप् त अनुसंधान संस् थाओं या लोक क्षेत्र के उप3मों या अर्;सरकारी या स् वायत् त या कानूनी संगठनों के अधीन ऐसे अधिकारी जो, – |
(क) (i) जो मूल काडर या विभाग में नियमित आधार पर सदृश पद धारण किए (cid:31)ए हैं, या
(ii) जिनकी मूल काडर या विभाग में वेतन बैंड-3, 15,600-39,100 W. + Gेड वेतन 6,600 W. या समतुल्य ^ेणी में नियमित आधार पर नियुक्ति के पश्चात् पाँच वर्ष की सेवा है; और
(ख) निम्नलिखित शैक्षिक अर्हताएं और अनुभव रखते हैं ।
आवश्यक :
(i) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या संस्थान से खाद्य विOान और पोषण या अनुप्रयुक्त पोषण या खाद्य और पोषण या जीव- रसायन या खाद्य प्रौद्योगिकी और रसायन विOान या गृह विOान या खाद्य विOान और प्रौद्योगिकी में पोस्ट Gेजुएट डिGी; और
(ii) समुदाय पोषण प्रोGामों या पोषण और स्वास्थ्य प्रोGामों की योजना बनाने या पोषण के क्षेत्र में समाघात कारक रखने वाले प्रकाशनों से समbथत अनुसंधान के 3ियान्वयन में दस वर्ष का अनुभव।
टिप्पण 1 : पोषक प्रवर्ग के ऐसे विभागीय अधिकारी, जो प्रोन्नति की सीधी पंक्ति में है, प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहL होंगे। इसी प्रकार प्रतिनियुक्त Kयक्ति प्रोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहL होंगे।
टिप्पण 2 : प्रतिनियुक्ति (जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है) की अवधि, जिसके अंतर्गत कें Nीय सरकार के उसी या किसी अन्य संगठन या विभाग में इस नियुक्ति से ठीक पहले धारित किसी अन्य काडर बाd पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति (जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकािलक संिवदा भी है) की अवधि है साधारणतया चार वर्ष से अधिक नहL होगी।
टिप्पण 3 : प्रतिनियुक्ति (जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है) द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तारीख को 56 वर्ष से अधिक नहL होगी।
टिप्पण 4 : प्रतिनियु ्क्ति के आधार पर नियुक्ति के प्रयोजन के लिए किसी अधिकारी द्वारा, 01 जनवरी, 2006 से पहले या उस तारीख से जिससे छठे के न्Nीय वेतन आयोग की सिफारिशों पर आधारित पुनिरीक्षित वेतन संरचना का विस्तार किया गया है, िनयिमत आधार पर की गई सेवा को, िसवाय उस दशा के , जहां एक से अधिक पूर्व पुनरीक्षित वेतनमान का साधारण Gेड वेतन या वेतनमान सहित एक ^ेणी में विलय हो गया है और वहां यह लाभ के वल उस पद पर विस्तारित होगा जिसके लिए Gेड वेतन या वेतनमान बिना किसी उन्नयन का साधारण प्रतिस्थापन Gेड है उक्त वेतन आयोग की सिफारिशों पर आधारित विस्तारित तत्स्थानी Gेड वेतन या वेतनमान पर की गई सेवा समझी जाएगी।

(ii) समुदाय पोषण प्रोGामों या पोषण और स्वास्थ्य प्रोGामों की योजना बनाने या पोषण के क्षेत्र में समाघात कारक रखने वाले प्रकाशनों से समbथत अनुसंधान के 3ियान्वयन में पाँच वर्ष का अनुभव ।

किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या संस्थान से आवश्यक अर्हता के रूप में उपरोक्त वbणत विषयों में से किसी एक में डॉक्ट्रेट की डिGी।
टिप्पण 1 : पोषक प्रवर्ग के ऐसे विभागीय अधिकारी, जो प्रोन्नति की सीधी पंक्ति में हैं, प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहL होंगे। इसी प्रकार प्रतिनियुक्त Kयक्ति प्रोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहL होंगे।
टिप्पण 2 : प्रतिनियुक्ति (जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है) की अवधि, जिसके अंतर्गत के न्Nीय सरकार के उसी या किसी अन्य संगठन या विभाग में इस नियुक्ति से ठीक पहले धारित किसी अन्य काडर बाd पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति (जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकािलक संविदा भी है) की अवधि है साधारणतया चार वर्ष से अधिक नहL होगी।

G.S.R. 846(E).–In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Food and Nutrition Board (Non-Secretariat Gazetted Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1967 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Technical Adviser, Joint Technical Adviser, Deputy Technical Adviser and Assistant Technical Adviser in the Food and Nutrition Board, Ministry of Women and Child Development, namely :–[भाग II—खण्ड 3 (i)] भारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण 11 1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Food and Nutrition Board (Group 'A' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale. – The number of posts, their classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications etc. – The method of recruitment to the said posts, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification. – No person, –
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit, and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen and other special category of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Note 1: The departmental Joint Technical Adviser in the pay band-3, ` 15,600-39,100/- with grade pay of ` 7,600/- with five years' regular service in the grade shall also be considered along with the outside candidates and in the case such person is selected for appointment, the post shall be deemed to have been filled by promotion. Note 2: The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion. Note 3: The period of deputation (including short-term contract) including period of deputation (including short-term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government, shall ordinarily not to exceed five years. Note 4: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short-term contract) shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. Note 5: For the purpose of appointment on deputation basis, the service rendered on a regular basis by an officer prior to the 1st January 2006 or the date from which the revised pay structure based on the recommendations of the Sixth Central Pay Commission has been extended, shall be deemed to be service rendered in the corresponding grade pay or pay scale extended based on the recommendations of the said Pay Commission except where there has been merger of more than one pre-revised scale of pay into one grade with a common grade pay or pay scale, and where this benefit will extend only for the post(s) for which that grade pay or pay scale is the normal replacement grade without any upgradation. |

Note 1: Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or eligibility service are being considered for promotion, their seniors would also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying or eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying or eligibility service or two years, whichever is less, and have successfully completed their probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already completed such qualifying or eligibility service. | Promotion: Demonstration Officer Grade-I and Chemist Grade-I in the pay band-2, ì 9,300-34,800/- with grade pay of ì 4,600/- with three years' regular service in the grade and have undergone training in any recognised institution in nutrition or related fields as prescribed by the Central Government from time to time. Note 1: The eligibility list of promotion shall be prepared with reference to the date of completion by the officers of the prescribed qualifying service in the respective grade or post. G.S.R. 847(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Food and Nutrition Board (Class II posts) Recruitment Rules, 1968 and the Department of Food (Class II posts) Recruitment Rules, 1969 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession,[भाग II—खण्ड 3 (i)] भारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण 27 the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Demonstration Officer Grade-I, Chemist Grade-I, Demonstration Officer Grade-II and Chemist Grade-II in the Food and Nutrition Board, Ministry of Women and Child Development, namely: –
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Food and Nutrition Board (Group 'B' Gazetted and Non Gazetted Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale. – The number of posts, their classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications etc. – The method of recruitment to the said posts, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification. – No person, –
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit, and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen and other special category of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

| Promotion: Demonstration Officer Grade-II in the pay band-2, ` 9,300-34,800/- with grade pay of ` 4,200/- with five years' regular service in the grade and have undergone training in any recognized institution in nutrition or related fields as prescribed by the Central Government from time to time. Note 1: Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or eligibility service are being considered for promotion, their seniors would also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying or eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying or eligibility service or two years, whichever is less, and have successfully completed their probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already completed such qualifying or eligibility service. Note 2: For the purpose of computing minimum qualifying service for promotion, the service rendered on a regular basis by an officer prior to the 1st January 2006 or the date from which the revised pay structure based on the recommendations of the Sixth Central Pay Commission has been extended, shall be deemed to be service rendered in the corresponding grade pay or pay scale extended based on the recommendations of the said Pay Commission. Deputation (including short-term contract): Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or Universities or recognized research institutions or public sector undertakings or semi-Government or Autonomous or Statutory organizations, - (a) (i) holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) with five years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the pay band-2, ` 9,300-34,800/- with grade pay of ` 4,200/- or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and (b) possessing the following educational qualifications and experience. (i) Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Food Service Management from a recognized University or Institute or Home Science with specialization in nutrition from a recognized University or Institute; and (ii) two years' experience in the field of nutrition education and extension in Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or Universities or recognized research institutions or public sector undertakings or semi-Government or Autonomous or Statutory organizations. Note 1: The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion. Note 2: The period of deputation (including short-term contract) including period of deputation (including short-term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years. Note 3: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short-term contract) shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. Note 4: For the purpose of appointment on deputation basis, the service rendered on a regular basis by an officer prior to the 1st January 2006 or the date from which the revised pay structure based on the recommendations of the Sixth Central Pay Commission has been extended, shall be deemed to be service rendered in the corresponding grade pay or pay scale extended based on the recommendations of the said Pay Commission except where there has been merger of more than one pre-revised scale of pay into one grade with a common grade pay or pay scale, and where this benefit will extend only for the post(s) for which that grade pay or pay scale is the normal replacement grade without any upgradation. |
