Sub: Final Findings in the case of Safeguard Investigations against increased imports of "Saturated Fatty Alcohols with carbon chain length of C8,C10,C12,C14,C16 and C18 including single, blends and unblended (Not including branched isomers) which includes blends a combination of carbon chain lengths, C12-C14, C12-C16, C12- 4740 GI/2014 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] C18,C-16-18 and C14-C16 (commonly categorized as C12-C14)" excluding pure C8 hereinafter referred to as 'PUC' (Product under consideration) into India under Rule 11 of the Customs Tariff (Identification and Assessment of Safeguard Duty) Rules, 1997-Reg.

G.S.R. 856(E).— In the final findings issued on the above mentioned subject, cost of sales for 2013-14, in Para L(57)(g) at the table at page 48, the indexed figure shown as 104 may be read as 111, which has happened due to inadvertent typographical error.
