काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 3036303630363036((((अअअअ)))).—जबकि भारत सरकार के संयुक्त सिचव, जिन्हें स्वापक औषधि तथा मन:प्रभावी पदार्थ अवैध %यापार िनवारण अिधिनयम, 1988 की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन विशेष रूप से शक्ति प्राप्त है, ने दिनांक 22.09.2014 को जारी नजरबंदी आदेश सं. यू-11011/01/2014 - पीआईटीएनडीपीएस के अधीन निद,श दिया था कि -ी सुरेश कु मार राय उर्फ -ी राजकु मार सुपुत्र -ी वि1नाथ राय, िनवासी 127, बैंक कालोनी, पिस्का मोड, रातू रोड, पुिलस स्टेशन- सुखदेव नगर, डाकखाना-रk¡ची, रk¡ची- 835 005 और 41, रामपुर श्यामचंद, गांव/कस्बा- रामपुर श्यामचंद, अंचल- रघुपुर, िजला- वैशाली-844 508 को स्वापक औषिध एवं मन:प्रभावी पदाथ> का अवैध %यापार करने से रोकने के उद्देश्य से उन्हें दमदम सुधार गृह, कोलकाता, में नजरबंद किया जाए तथा िहरासत में रखा जाए ।
2. जबकि कें Aीय सरकार के पास यह िवश्वास करने का कारण है कि उपयु र्क्त %यक्ति फरार है या अपने आपको िछपा रहा है िजसके कारण उक्त नजरबंदी के आदेश का पालन नहB हो सका है ।
3. अत: अब उक्त अिधिनयम की धारा 8 की उपधारा (1) के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते Fए कें Aीय सरकार सरकारी राजपत्र में इस आदेश के प्रकाशन के 10 दिनों के भीतर उक्त Hक्ति -ी स्वरूप समन्ता, जांच अिधकारी, स्वापक औषिध ब्यूरो, कोलकाता, जोनल यूिनट, 4/2, तृतीय तल, कराया रोड, कोलकाता- 700 017 के समक्ष पेश होने का निद,श देती है।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 1st December, 2014
S.O. 3036(E).—Whereas the Joint Secretary to the Government of India specially empowered under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 issued a Detention Order under F. No. U – 11011/01/2014 – PITNDPS dated 22.9.2014 directing that Shri Suresh Kumar Ray @ Shri Rajkumar s/o Shri Vishwanath Ray, resident of 127, Bank Colony, Piska More, Ratu Road, P.S.-Sukhdevnagar, P.O. Ranchi, Ranchi – 835005 and 41, Rampur Shyamchand, Vill/Town-Rampur Shyamchand, Anchal-Raghopur, District-Vaishali-844508 be detained and kept in custody in Dumdum Correctional Home, Kolkata with a view to preventing him from engaging in illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs & psychotropic substances.
2. Whereas the Central Government has reason to believe that the aforesaid person has absconded or is concealing himself so that the said detention order cannot be executed.
3. Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by clause (b) of sub–section (1) of Section 8 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs the aforesaid person to appear before Shri Swarup Samanta, Investigating Officer, Narcotics Control Bureau, Kolkata Zonal Unit, 4/2, Karaya Road, 3rd Floor, Kolkata- 700017 within 10 days of the publication of this order in the Official Gazette.
