काकाकाका....आआआआ. . . . 3064306430643064((((अअअअ))))....————के न्(cid:15)ीय सरकार, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अिधिनयम, 1986 (1986 का 63) की धारा 14 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते #ए इस्पात और इस्पात उत्पाद (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) आदेश, 2012 में और संशोधन करने के लिए भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् एत3ारा निम्निलिखत आदेश जारी करती है, नामत: :—
1. (1) यह आदेश इस्पात और इस्पात उत्पाद (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) (संशोधन) आदेश, 2014 कहा जाएगा।
(2) यह शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगा।
2. इस्पात और इस्पात उत्पाद (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) द्वितीय आदेश, 2012 में पैरा9ाफ 2 के ख<ड (ख) के उप-ख<ड (iii) के बाद निम्नलिखित ख<ड जोडा जाएगा, नामत: :—
"(iv) महािनदेशक, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो द्वारा नामित उपयुक्त अिधकारी''
3. इस्पात और इस्पात उत्पाद (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) आदेश, 2012 में अनुसूची में स्पष्टीकरण के िलए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामत :—
"स्पस्पस्पस्पष्टीष्टीष्टीष्टीकरण करण करण करण 1111 :::: इस आदेश के प्रावधानों का इस्तेमाल कालम (1) के अंतर्गत उल्लिखित आवंटित भारतीय मानक संख्या के तहत शािमल अनुसूची के कालम (2) में वDणत उत्पादों के लिए किया जाएगा।
स्पस्पस्पस्पष्टीष्टीष्टीष्टीकरण करण करण करण 2222 :::: कालम (3) के अंतर्गत उल्लिखित आईटीसी (एचएस) कोEस समरूपी हैं और स्वभाव में संके तात्मक हैं ।''

नोटनोटनोटनोट::::————मूल आदेश का.आ. 415(अ), दिनांक 12 मार्च, 2012 की अधिसूचना के द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण में प्रकाशित किया गया था और जिसे बाद में अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 499(अ), दिनांक 15 फरवरी, 2013 से संशोधित किया गया है।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 4th December, 2014
S.O. 3064(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 1986 (63 of 1986), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby makes the following order further to amend the Steel and Steel Products (Quality Control) Order, 2012, namely :—
1. (1) This order may be called the Steel and Steel Products (Quality Control) (Amendment) Order, 2014.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Steel and Steel Products (Quality Control) Order, 2012, in paragraph 2, in clause (b), after sub-clause (iii), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:—
"(iv) Appropriate officer nominated by Director General, Bureau of Indian Standards.".
3. In the Steel and Steel Products (Quality Control) Order, 2012, in the Schedule, for Explanation, the following shall be substituted, namely:—
"Explanation 1.—The provisions of this Order shall apply to the products described under column (2) of the Schedule covered under the relevant Indian Standard number mentioned under column (1).
Explanation 2.—ITC (HS) Codes mentioned under column (3) are generic and indicative in nature.".

2. इस्पात और इस्पात उत्पाद (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) द्वितीय आदेश, 2012 (जिसे आगे द्वितीय आदेश कहा गया है) में पैरा9ाफ 2 के ख<ड (ख) के उप-ख<ड (iii) के बाद निम्नलिखित ख<ड जोडा जाएगा, नामत: :—
"(iv) महािनदेशक, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो द्वारा नामित उपयुक्त अिधकारी''
3. द्वितीय आदेश में अनुसूची में कालम (3) के अंत में भारतीय मानक संख्या 1786 के सामने आईटीसी (एचएस) कोEस "72279090, 72283029, 72286099, 72285090 और 72286012'' जोडा जाएगा।

4. द्वितीय आदेश में अनुसूची में स्पष्टीकरण के िलए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामत: : —

" (iv) Appropriate officer nominated by Director General, Bureau of Indian Standards." . 3. In the Second Order, in the Schedule, against Indian Standard number 1786, ITC(HS) codes "72279090, 72283029, 72286099, 72285090 and 72286012" shall be inserted at the end under column (3).
4. In the Second Order, in the Schedule, for Explanation, the following shall be substituted, namely:—
"Explanation 1 .— The provisions of this Order shall apply to the products described under column (2) of the Schedule covered under the relevant Indian Standard number mentioned under column (1).
Explanation 2 .— ITC(HS) Codes mentioned under column (3) are generic and indicative in nature.".
