New Delhi, the 8th October, 2014

S.O. 3059(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Coal, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 19th January, 2013, vide number S.O. 136, dated the 11th January, 2013.

In the said notification, the following serial number and the entries relating thereto, shall be added at the end, namely:—

General Manager, (Revenue /Rehabilitation & Resettlement), NCL, Singrauli.	All premises belonging to or taken on lease by or on behalf of Northern Coalfields Limited, Headquarters, Singrauli in the State of Madhya Pradesh.

Note : The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 136, dated the 11th January, 2013.
