सासासासा....काकाकाका....निनिनिनि.... 871871871871(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ)....----रा"ट्रपति संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त श्क्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, संचार और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग (समूह ख पद) भर्ती नियम, 2009 का और संशोधन करने लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1111. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ-संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ-संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ-संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम संचार और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय इलेक्ट्रोनिकी और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग, (समूह ख) पद भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2014 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. संचार और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग (समूह ख पद) भर्ती नियम, 2009 की अनुसूची में,- (क) सहायक पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 11 के सामने,--
(i) स्तंभ संख्या (2) के अधीन विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के लिए "75*(2014) *(कार्यभार के आधार पर परिवर्तन किया जा सकता है)" प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी।
(ii) स्तंभ संख्या (4) के अधीन विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर 'वेतनबैंड-2 वेतनमान 9300-34800 रु. + ग्रेड वेतन 4600 रु. प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी।
(iii) स्तंभ संख्या 7 के अधीन विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर "20 और 27 वर्ष के बीच" प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी।
(iv) स्तंभ संख्या 13 के अधीन विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर "समूह 'ख' विभागीय प्रोन्न्ति समिति (प्रोन्नति के लिए) जिसमें निम्नलिखित होंगे-
''1. कार्मिक प्रमुख, इलेक्ट्रोनिकी और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग -अध्यक्ष 2. एक अधिकारी जो संयुक्त निदेशक, इलेक्ट्रोनिकी और सूचना -सदस्य प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग के पद से नीचे न हो।

प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी।
(ख) वैयक्तिक सहायक पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 12 के सामने,-
(i) स्तंभ संख्या 4 के अधीन विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर "वेतनबैंड-2 वेतनमान 9300-34800 रु + ग्रेड वेतन 4600 रु." प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी।
(ii) स्तंभ संख्या 13 के अधीन विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर "समूह 'ख' विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति (प्रोन्नति के लिए) जिसमें निम्नलिखित होंगे -
"1. कार्मिक प्रमुख, इलेक्ट्रोनिकी और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग -अध्यक्ष 2. एक अधिकारी जो संयुक्त निदेशक, इलेक्ट्रोनिकी और सूचना -सदस्य प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग के पद से नीचे न हो।
3. इलेक्ट्रोनिकी और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग से भिन्न किसी -सदस्य " मंत्रालय/विभाग से उप-सचिव, भारत सरकार की पंक्ति से नीचे का कोई अधिकारी नहीं होगा।
प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd December, 2014
G.S.R. 871(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Department of Information Technology (Group 'B' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2009, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Department of Electronics and Information Technology (Group 'B' posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Department of Information Technology (Group 'B' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2009,—
(A) against serial number 11 relating to the post of Assistant,—
(i) under column 2, for the existing entries, the entries "75* (2014) *(Subject to variation dependent on workload)." shall be substituted;
(ii) under column 4, for the existing entries, the entries "Pay band 2 in the scale of pay of Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4600/-" shall be substituted;

2 One Officer not less than the rank of Joint Director, —Member Department of Electronics and Information Technology.
3 One Officer not less than the rank of Deputy Secretary —Member" to the Government of India from a Ministry/Department other than the Department of Electronics and Information Technology.
shall be substituted.

(i) under column 4, for the existing entries, the entries "Pay band 2 in the scale of pay of Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4600/-" shall be substituted;
