The Central Govt. hereby levies the fee at 60 per cent of the base rates specified in column (2) the Table-I below on the Type of Vehicles specified in column (1), for the use of Padannakkad R.O.B. from Km 90.100 to Km. 91.300 of NH-17 in the State of Kerala and authorizes the Authority to collect, either through its officials or through a contractor, the said fee.
