फा. सं. पी.15025/261/2013फा. सं. पी.15025/261/2013फा. सं. पी.15025/261/2013फा. सं. पी.15025/261/2013----पीए/एफएसएसएआईपीए/एफएसएसएआईपीए/एफएसएसएआईपीए/एफएसएसएआई- खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक (खाद्य उत्पाद मानक और खाद्य सहयोज्य) िविनयम, 2011 का और संशोधन करने के िलए, कतिपय विनियमों का निम्नलिखित प्ररूप, भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण के न्(ीय सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से, खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अिधिनयम, 2006 (2006 का 34) की धारा 16 के साथ पठित धारा 92 की उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (2) के खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 3ए बनाने का प्रस्ताव करती है, उन सभी 7क्तियों की जानकारी के िलए धारा 92 की उपधारा (1) की अपेक्षानुसार प्रकाशित किया जाता है, िजनके उससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है और यह सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त प्रारूप विनियमों पर उस तारीख से, िजसको उस राजपत्र की प्रतियां, जिसमें यह अिधसूचना प्रकाशित की जाती है, जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती है, तीस दिनों की अविध की समाप्ति के प>ात् िवचार किया जाएगा ;
आक्षेप या सुझाव, यदि कोई हों, को मुख्य कार्यकारी अिधकारी, भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण, खाद्य और औषिध प्रशासन भवन, कोटला रोड, नई दिल्ली-110002 को भेजे जा सकें गे ।
उक्त प्रारूप विनियमों के संबंध में किसी 7क्ति से प्राप्त आक्षेपों और सुझावों पर विनिDदष्ट अविध के अवसान से पूर्व खाद्य प्राधिकरण द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा ;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th December, 2014
F. No P. 15025/261/2013-PA/FSSAI.—The following draft of certain regulation further to amend the Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Regulations, 2011, which the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, with the previous approval of the Central Government, proposes to make, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clause (e) of sub-section (2) of Section 92 read with Section 16 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006) is hereby published as required by the sub-section (1) of Section 92 of the said Act for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby, and notice is hereby given that the said draft regulations shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of the period of thirty days from the date on which the copies of the Official Gazette in which this notification is published are made available to the public;
Objections or suggestion, if any, may be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, Food and Drug Administration Bhawan, Kotla Road, New Delhi-110002;
The objections and suggestions, which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft regulations before the expiry of the period so specified, will be considered by the Food Authority.
Draft Regulations
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Amendment Regulations, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their final notification in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Regulations, 2011, in Appendix A, relating to "list of food additives", in Table 1 relating to List of food Additives for use in bread and biscuits, in serial number B, against item 7, relating to column 4, for the symbol "- ", the letters "GMP" shall be substituted.
