S. O. 3088(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967), the Central Government hereby constitutes "The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal" consisting of Mr. Justice A.K. Pathak, Judge of Delhi High Court, for the purpose of adjudicating whether or not there is sufficient casue of declaring the Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC) of Meghalaya as Unlawful Association.
का. आ. 3088(अ).—विध्-िविरु( क्रियाकलाप ;निवारणद्ध अध्निियम, 1967 ;1967 का 37द्ध की धरा 5 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार यह निर्धारित करने के लिए कि क्या मेघालय के हन्नीवट्रैप नेशनल लिबरेशन काउंसिल ;एच एन एल सीद्ध को विध्-िविरु( संगम घोषित करने लिए पर्याप्त कारण हैं अथवा नहीं, एतद्द्वारा, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाध्ीश श्री ए. के. पाठक की अध्यक्षता में फ्विध्-िविरु( क्रियाकलाप ;निवारणद्ध अध्किरणय् का गठन करती है ।
