सरकारी प्रतिभूति अध्निियम, 2006 की धरा 32 के अंतर्गत भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक द्वारा बनाये गए और भारत सरकार के राजपत्रा सं. 228 में दिसंबर 01, 2007 को प्रकाशित सरकारी प्रतिभूति विनियमावली, 2007 के विनियम 14 के अनुसार सितंबर, 2013 को समाप्त माह के लिए निम्नलिखित सूची, खो गई आदि ऐसी प्रतिभूतियों के बारे में एतद्‌द्वारा विज्ञापित की जाती है, जिसके संबंध् में इस बात का विश्वास करने के लिए प्रथम दृृष्ट्‌्‌या आधर मौजूद हैं कि प्रतिभूतियां खो गयी हैं आवेदकों का दावा न्यायोचित है । नीचे लिखे गये संबंध्ति दावेदारों से इतर सभी व्यक्ति जिनका प्रतिभूतियों पर किसी प्रकार का दावा हो, तत्काल प्रभारी मुख्य महाप्रबंध्क, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक, केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, सरकारी और बैंक लेखा विभाग, केन्द्रीय ट्टण प्रभाग, मुम्बई सेंट्रल रेलवे स्टेशन के सामने, भायखला, मुंबई-400 008 को सूचित करें ।

In pursuance of Regulation 14 of the Government Securities Regulations, 2007 made by the Reserve Bank of India under Section 32 of the Government Securities Act, 2006 and published in the Gazette No. 228 of December 1, 2007 the following list of securities lost etc., for the month of September, 2013, in respect of which prima facie ground exists for believing that the securities have been lost and the claim of applicant is just, is hereby advertised. All persons other than the respective claimants named below, who have any claim upon these securities should communicate immediately to the Chief General Manager in-Charge, Reserve Bank of India, Central Office, Department of Government and Bank Accounts, Central Debt Division, Opp. Mumbai Central Railway Station, Byculla, Mumbai-400 008.
