का.आ. 3161(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, ठेका श्रम ;विनियमन और उत्सादनद्ध अध्निियम, 1970 ;1970 का 37द्ध की धरा 10 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय ठेका श्रम सलाहकार बोर्ड के परामर्श से, और उक्त अध्निियम की धरा 10 की उप-धरा ;2द्ध में प्रगणित ठेका श्रम की उपबंध्ति कामकाज की दशाओं और पफयादों तथा अन्य सुसंगत कारकों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्स शिक्षा और अनुसंधन संस्थान ;पी जी आई ई आरद्ध, चंडीगढ के स्थापन में भर्ती किए गए रोगियों के लिए निम्न सेवों में ठेका श्रम नियोजन को, इस अध्सिूचना के राजपत्रा में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रतिषेघ करती है -
;iद्ध स्वच्छता सेवा ;सपफाई, झाड़ने और वूफड़ाकरकट हटानेद्ध,
;iiद्ध सुरक्षा सेवा ;संस्थान की निगरानी और रक्षाद्ध और
;iiiद्ध खान-पान सेवा ।

S.O. 3161(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 (37 of 1970), the Central Government, after consultation with the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board, and having regard to the working conditions and benefits provided to contract labour and other relevant factors enumerated in sub-section (2) of section 10 of the said Act, hereby prohibits the employment of contract labour in the job of (i) Sanitation Services (cleaning, sweeping and dusting), (ii) Security Services (Watch and ward of the institute) and (iii) Catering Services to the admitted patients in the establishment of Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
