फाफाफाफा. . . . संसंसंसं. . . . पीपीपीपी....15025150251502515025////262626266////2013201320132013----पीएपीएपीएपीए////एफएसएसएआईएफएसएसएआईएफएसएसएआईएफएसएसएआई.—खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक ((((खाद्य उत्पाद मानक और खाद्य सहयोज्य) ) ) ) िविनयम, 201, 201, 201, 2011 का और संशोधन करने के िलए, कितपय विनियमों का निम्नलिखित प्ररूप, भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण के न्&ीय सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से, , , , खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अिधिनयम, , , , 2006 ((((2006 का 34) ) ) ) की धारा 16 के साथ पठित धारा 92 की उपधारा (2) के खंड ((((ड.) ) ) ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 1ए बनाने का प्रस्ताव करती है, , , , उन सभी 4क्तियों की जानकारी के िलए उक्त उपधारा (2) की अपेक्षानुसार प्रकाशित किया जाता है, , , , िजनके उससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है और यह सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त प्रारूप विनियमों पर उस तारीख से, , , , िजसको उस राजपत्र की प्रतियां, , , , जिसमें यह अिधसूचना प्रकाशित की जाती है, , , , जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती है, , , , तीस दिनों की अविध की समाप्ति के प=ात् िवचार किया जाएगा ; ; ; ;
आक्षेप या सुझाव, यदि कोई हों, मुख्य कार्यकारी अिधकारी, भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण, खाद्य और औषिध प्रशासन भवन, कोटला रोड, नई दिल्ली-110002 को भेजे जा सकें गे ।
उक्त प्रारूप विनियमों के संबंध में किसी 4क्ति से प्राप्त आक्षेपों और सुझावों पर विनिBदष्ट अविध के अवसान से पूर्व खाद्य प्राधिकरण द्वारा िवचार किया जाएगा ;

लिए Hम संख्या 1 से 8 के सामने स्तंभ (4), (7) और (12) में प्रविष्टि " 200 पीपीएम अिधकतम " के स्थान पर "----" प्रविष्टि
रखी जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th December, 2014
F. No P.15025/266/2013-PA/FSSAI.—The following draft of certain regulations further to amend the Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Regulations, 2011, which the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, with previous approval of Central Government, proposes to make, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of sub-section (2) of Section 92 read with section 16 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006) is hereby published as required by the said sub-section (2), for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby, and notice is hereby given that the said draft regulations shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of the period of thirty days from the date on which the copies of the official Gazette in which this notification is published are made available to the public;
Objections or suggestion, if any, may be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, Food and Drug Administration Bhawan, Kotla Road, New Delhi- 110002;
The objections and suggestions, which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft regulation before the expiry of the period so specified, will be considered by the Food Authority.
Draft regulations
1. Short title and commencement.— These regulations may be called the Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Amendment Regulations, 2014
2. In the Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Regulations, 2011, in Appendix A, relating to list of food additives, in Table 7 relating to " List of food Additives in thermally Processed Vegetables", in serial number C, in item (b) against serial numbers 1 to 8, inभारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण [भाग III—खण्ड 4] 3 columns 4,7 and 12, for the entry "200 ppm maximum" the entry "- " shall respectively be substituted.
