सासासासा....काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन. . . . 890890890890((((अअअअ).).).).————के न्(cid:15)ीय सरकार, आवश्यक वस्तु अिधिनयम, 1955 (1955 का 10) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते $ए, बीज (नियंत्रण) आदेश, 1983 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्निलिखत आदेश करती है, अर्थात्:—

1. (1) इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम बीज (नियंत्रण) संशोधन आदेश, 2014 है ।

(2) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा ।

2. बीज (नियंत्रण) आदेश, 1983 में,-

(क) पैरा 4 में, 'अनु7प्ति के िलए आवेदन' से संबंिधत, शब्द "पचास ;पये की अनु7प्ति फीस'' के शब्दों के स्थान पर "हजार ;पये की फीस'' को के स्थान पर शब्द रखे जाएंगे;

(ख) पैरा 7 में, 'अनु7प्ति का नवीकरण' से संबंिधत,-'

(i) उप-पैरा (1) में, शब्द "बीस ;पये की नवीकरण'' के स्थान पर, शब्द "पांच सौ ;पये की नवीकरण'' को शब्द रखे जाएंगे;

(ii) उप-पैरा (2) में, शब्द '' नवीकरण की फीस के अतिरिक्त प>चीस ;पये'' के शब्दों के स्थान पर, "नवीकरण की फीस के अतिरिक्त पांच सौ ;पये'' को शब्द रखें जाएंगें;

राजेश कु मार सिह, संयुक् त सिचव टिप्पटिप्पटिप्पटिप्पणणणण: मूल आदेश को भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खCड 3, उप खCड (i) में संख्यांक सा.का.िन. 932(अ), तारीख 30 दिसम्बर, 1983 द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था और तत्पश्चात् संख्याक सा.का.िन. 444(अ), तारीख 26 जुलाई, 2006 द्वारा तदनुसार संशोिधत किया गया ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 12th December, 2014

G.S.R . 890(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Seeds (Control) Order, 1983, namely:-

1. (1) This order may be called the Seeds (Control) Amendment Order, 2014.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Seeds (Control) Order, 1983,-

(a) in paragraph 4, relating to 'Application for license', for the words "a fee of rupees fifty", the words "a fee of rupees one thousand" shall be substituted;

(b) in paragraph 7, relating to 'Renewal of license',-

(i) in sub-paragraph (1), for the words "a fee of rupees twenty", the words "a fee of rupees five hundred" shall be substituted;

(ii) in sub-paragraph (2), for the words "additional fee of rupees twenty five", the words "additional fee of rupees five hundred" shall be substituted.
