सासासासा....काकाकाका....निनिनिनि.... 893893893893(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत-तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल अधिनियम, 1992 (1992 का 35) की धारा 156 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत-तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल मोटर परिवहन और मोटर मैकेनिक काडर समूह 'ख' समूह 'ग' पद भर्ती नियम, 2013 को निम्नलिखित संषोधन करती हैः-

1. (1)(1)(1)(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारत-तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल, मोटर परिवहन और मोटर मैकेनिक काडर, समूह 'ख' और समूह 'ग' पद भर्ती (संषोधन) नियम, 2014 है।

(2)(2)(2)(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. भारत-तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल, मोटर परिवहन और मोटर मैकेनिक काडर, समूह 'ख' समूह 'ग' पद भर्ती नियम, 2013 की अनुसूची में :-

(क) हैड कांस्टेबल (चालक) के पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 4 के सामने स्तंभ 11, उपषीर्ष ''प्रोन्नति द्वारा'' के अधीन ''भारत तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल के ऐसे हैड कांस्टेबल (चालक) जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में पांच वर्ष की नियमित सेवा की है'' षब्दों और कोष्ठकों के स्थान पर ''भारत तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल के ऐसे कांस्टेबल (चालक) में से जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में पांच वर्षर् नियमित सेवा की हो'' षब्द और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे।

(ख) कांस्टेबल (चालक) के पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 5 के सामने स्तंभ 6 में, ''20 से 25 वर्षर् के बीच'' षब्दों और अंकों के स्थान पर ''21 से 27 वर्ष के बीच'' षब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे।

G.S.R. 893(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 156 of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force Act, 1992 (35 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, Motor Transport and Motor Mechanic Cadre, Group 'B' and 'C' Posts Recruitment Rules, 2013, namely :—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, Motor Transport and Motor Mechanic Cadre, Group 'B' and 'C' Posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2014.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2 . In the schedule to Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, Motor Transport and Motor Mechanic Cadre, Group 'B' and 'C' posts Recruitment Rules, 2013:—

(a) against serial number 4, relating to the post of Head Constable (Driver), column (11), under the sub-heading 'By Promotion', for the words and brackets "From amongst Constable (Driver) of Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force having rendered," the words and brackets "From amongst Constables (Driver) of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force who have rendered" shall be substituted ;

(b) against serial number 5, relating to the post of Constable (Driver) in column (6), for the words and figures "Between 20 and 25 years", the words and figures "Between 21 and 27 years" shall be substituted.
