का.आ. 3181(अ)(अ).—संविधन के अनुच्छेद 239 के खण्ड ;1द्ध के अनुसार में, राष्ट्रपति एतदद्वारा यह निदेश देते हैं कि दमण एवं दीव तथा दादरा एवं नगर हवेली संघ राज्य क्षेत्राों के प्रशासक, राष्ट्रपति के नियंत्राण के अध्ीन तथा अगले आदेशों तक, भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वासन और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदशता का अध्किार अध्निियम, 2013 ;2013 का 30द्ध तथा उसके अंतर्गत बनाए गए नियमों के तहत अपने-अपने संघ राज्य क्षेत्राोें के भीतर उपयुक्त सरकार अथवा राज्य सरकार, जैसा भी मामला हो, की शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे तथा कार्यों तथा का निर्वहन करेंगे ।
S.O. 3181(E)(E).— In pursuance of clause (1) of article 239 of the Constitution, the President hereby directs that the Administrator of Union Territories of Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli shall, subject to the control of the President and until further orders, also exercise the powers and discharge the functions of the appropriate Government or, as the case may be, the State Government under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) and the rules made there under, within their respective Union Territories.
