G.S.R. 895(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) read with sub-section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in supersession of the Notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 354(E) dated 05.06.2013, No. G.S.R. 299(E) dated 10.05.2013 and No. G.S.R. 118(E) dated 25.02.2014, the Central Government hereby appoints the persons mentioned aqainst serial number 1-4 in the table below, to be trustees on the Board of Trustees of V.O. Chidambaranar Port Trust from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India up to 31.03.2015:—
