सासासासा....काकाकाका....निनिनिनि.... 894(अ)894(अ)894(अ)894(अ)....—महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का 38) की धारा 132 के खण्ड (1) के साथ पठित धारा 124 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसार केन्द्र सरकार एततद्द्वारा मुरगांव पत्तन न्यास (स्टीवडोर्स के लाइसेंसिंग) विनियम, 2010 में निम्न संशोधन अनुमोदित किया जाता है :-
विनियम-9 में खण्ड (ख) के पश्चात नए खण्ड (ग) के रूप प प प में निम्नलिखित पाठ को जोडेंमें निम्नलिखित पाठ को जोडेंमें निम्नलिखित पाठ को जोडेंमें निम्नलिखित पाठ को जोडें :-ः-ः-ः- विनियम-9 में खण्ड (ख) के पश्चात नए खण्ड (ग) के रू विनियम-9 में खण्ड (ख) के पश्चात नए खण्ड (ग) के रू विनियम-9 में खण्ड (ख) के पश्चात नए खण्ड (ग) के रू
9 (ग) आगे यह भी उपबंधित है कि उपर्युक्त खण्ड (क) के सूचीबद्ध किसी भी उल्लंघन के लिए अथवा अन्य प्रकार से लाइसेंस जारी करने हेतु स्थगन/निरसन/इन्कार सूचित करते हुए लिखित आदेश, स्टीवीडोर के लिए जारी आरंभिक सूचना की तारीख से 30 दिनों की अवधि के भीतर, यथोचित रूप से लागू किया जाएगा
अन्य सभी नियम और शर्तें अपरिवर्तित रहेंगी।
2. उपर्युक्त संशोधन भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावी रहेगा।

New Delhi, the 12th December, 2014
G.S.R. 894(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 124 read with Sub-section (1) of Section 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves the following amendments to the Mormugao Port Trust (Licensing of Stevedores) Regulations, 2010:-
The following text may be added as new clause (c) after clause (b) in Regulation 9
9(c) Provided further that, the written order communicating the suspension/cancellation/refusal to issue licences for any of the violation listed in Clause (a) above or otherwise, shall be made reasonably within a period of 30 days from the date of original intimation/notice issued to a Stevedore.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
2. The said amendment shall come into effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India.
