O. 3187(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), and in supersession of the earlier Notification referred below, the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers specified in column 3 of the Table below to function as Appellate Authority against the orders passed by the Adjudicating Authorities authorized by Central Government under Section 13 of the said Act and specified im column 2 of the said Table:—
