सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन. 897897897897(अ).(अ).(अ).(अ).—कें (cid:20)ीय सरकार, सि(cid:24)ा निर्माण अधिनियम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (घ) और (ङ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते -ए, निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थातः-

1.1.1.1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ---- (1) इन नियमों को एक 6पया के करेंसी नोट का मु(cid:20)ण नियम, 2015 कहा जाए।

(2) ये 01 जनवरी, 2015 से प्रवृत्त होंगे।

में तेल खोज प्लेटफार्म, ''''सागर स-ाटसागर स-ाटसागर स-ाटसागर स-ाट'''' का चित्र और साथ ही भाषा पैनल में पं(cid:20)ह भारतीय भाषाओं में प्राधिकृ त प्रतिदान मूल्य के साथ नीचे की ओर बीच में अंतरराष्ट्रीय संख्या में वर्ष संख्या अंतZवष्ट होगी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th December, 2014

G.S.R. 897(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of Section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011 (11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.–(1) These rules may be called the Printing of One Rupee Currency Notes Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force with effect from the 1st January, 2015.

2. Printing.- The One Rupee Currency Notes shall be printed at the Note Printing Presses for issue under the authority of the Government of India for circulation.

3. Dimensions and composition of One Rupee Currency Note.- The One Rupee Currency Notes shall conform to the dimensions and composition as specified in the Table below namely:-

4. Design .- The design of One Rupee Currency Notes shall be as under :-

(1) Obverse .- (a) It contains the words "भारत सरकार" above the words "Government of India" with the bilingual signature of Shri Rajiv Mehrishi, Finance Secretary and with the replica of New Rupee One coin with ` symbol of 2015 issued with 'स(cid:2)यमेव जयते' and capital insert letter 'L' in numbering panel.

(b) The numbering shall be in black at right hand bottom portion of the Note.

(2) Reverse .- It contains the words 'भारत सरकार' above the words "Government of India" with the year 2015 on the representation of the One Rupee coin with ` symbol having floral design and the surrounding design consists of picture of 'Sagar Samrat', the oil exploration platform and with the authentic rendering of value in fifteen Indian languages in language panel with the year figure shown on the centre bottom in international number.

(3) Overall Colour Scheme.- The colour of one Rupee Currency Note shall be predominantly pink green on obverse and reverse in combination with others.

5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The Standard paper weight and remedy (tolerance) allowed in printing of One Rupee Currency Notes shall be as specified in the Table below :—
