का.आ.का.आ.का.आ.का.आ. 3205320532053205(अ) (अ) (अ) (अ) ....———— सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 14 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते )ए, कें ,ीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एत4ारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं. 113/2014-सीमा शुल्क (गै. टै.), दिनांक 4 दिसम्बर, 2014, िजसे का.आ.3066(अ) दिनांक 4 दिसम्बर, 2014 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-II, खंड-3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, अर्थात :-
उक्त्त अिधसूचना की अनुसूची II में Bम संख्या 1 और उससे सम्बंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात:-

S.O.3205(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise & Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 113/2014-CUSTOMS (N.T.) dated the 4th December, 2014 published in the Gazette Of India, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), Extraordinary vide number S.O.3066 (E) dated, the 4th December, 2014, namely:-
In the SCHEDULE-II of the said Notification, for Serial No. 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
