काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 3203320332033203 ((((अअअअ).).).).— के न्(cid:16)ीय सरकार, निर्यात ((cid:22)ालिटी नियंत्रण और निरीक्षण) िनयम, 1964 के िनयम 12 के उपिनयम (2) के साथ पठित निर्यात ((cid:22)ालिटी नियंत्रण और निरीक्षण) अिधिनयम, 1963 (1963 का 22) की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते +ए, मैसर्स इन्टरटेक इंिडया प्राइवेट िलिमटेड, नं0. 46, बेस्ट मधा चर्च रोड, द्वितीय तल, रोयापुरम, चैन्नई -600013, को इस अिधसूचना, के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए भारत सरकार के तत्स्थानी वाणिज्य मंत्रालय, की अिधसूचना सं. का.आ. 3975 तारीख 20 दिसम्बर, 1965 और संख्या का०आ० 3978 तारीख 20 दिसम्बर 1965 की अधिसूचना में अर्थात्, ?मश: लौह अयस्क और समूह–II, अर्थात् बेराइटस संल@ अनुसूची में निAदष्ट के रूप में निAदष्ट निर्यात से पूर्व निम्नलिखित शतE के अध्यधीन, चैन्नई में उक्त खनिज और अयस्क के निरीक्षण करने के लिए एक अिभकरण के Hप में मान्यता देती है, अर्थात् :
( i ) मैसर्स इन्टरटेक इंिडया प्राइवेट िलिमटेड, नं0. 46, बेस्ट मधा चर्च रोड, द्वितीय तल, रोयापुरम, चैन्नई -600013, खिनज और अयस्क Jुप -। का निर्यात (निरीक्षण) िनयम, 1965 और खनिज और अयस्क Jुप-II का निर्यात (निरीक्षण) िनयम, 1965 के िनयम 4 के अधीन उनके द्वारा अपनाई गई निरीक्षण की पLति की जांच करने के लिए, इस निमित्त निर्यात निरीक्षण परिषद् द्वारा नामनिAदष्ट अधिकारियों को पर्याप्त सुविधाएं देगी; और
( ii ) मैसर्स इन्टरटेक इंिडया प्राइवेट िलिमटेड, नं0. 46, बेस्ट मधा चर्च रोड, द्वितीय तल, रोयापुरम, चैन्नई -600013, इस अधिसूचना के अधीन अपने कृ त्यों के पालन में निदेशक (निरीक्षण और (cid:22)ालिटी नियंत्रण) निर्यात निरीक्षण परिषद समय-समय पर िलिखत में दिए गए ऐसे निदPशों से आबL होंगे।

New Delhi, the 17th December, 2014
S.O. 3203 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963) read with sub-rule (2) of rule 12 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Rules, 1964, the Central Government hereby recognises M/s Intertek India Private Limited, No. 46, West Madha Church Road, 2nd Floor, Royapuram , Chennai- 600013, as an agency for a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification, for the inspection of Minerals and Ores (Group I) namely, Iron ore and Group II, namely Barytes as specified in the Schedule annexed to the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Commerce, vide number S.O. 3975, dated the 20th December 1965,and S.O 3978, dated the 20th December, 1965 respectively, prior to export of the said Minerals and Ores at Chennai, subject to the following conditions, namely: -
(i) that M/s Intertek India Private Limited, No. 46, West Madha Church Road, 2nd Floor, Royapuram , Chennai- 600013, shall give adequate facilities to the officers nominated by the Export Inspection Council in this behalf to examine the method of inspection followed by them in carrying out the inspection under rule 4 of the Export of Minerals and Ores, Group-I (Inspection) Rules, 1965 and the Export of Minerals and Ores, Group- II(Inspection) Rules, 1965 and;
(ii) that M/s Intertek India Private Limited, No. 46, West Madha Church Road, 2nd Floor, Royapuram , Chennai- 600013, in the performance of their function under this notification shall be bound by such directions as the Director (Inspection and Quality Control), Export Inspection Council may give in writing from time to time.
