का.आ. 3206 (अ) .-पेट्रोलियम एवं खनिज पाईपलाइन (भूमि में उपयोगकर्ता के अधिकार का अधिग्रहण) अधिनियम , 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 2 के खंड ( क) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत के राजपत्र दिनांक 28 अक्तूबर, 2009 में पेट्रोलियम एवं प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय द्वारा प्रकाशित अधिसूचना का.आ. 2709(अ) दिनांक 27 अक्तूबर , 2009 में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए उसमें दी गई मारणी के कालम (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट अधिकार क्षेत्रों के अतिरिक्त कालम ( 1 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी को ऑयल एण्ड नेचुरल गैस कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड द्वारा गुजरात राज्य के नवसारी ज़िला में आने वाले क्षेत्रों में भी तेल/गैस/जल के परिवहन के लिये पाईपलाइन बिछाने के लिये उक़्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कार्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिये एतद्वारा प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 17th December , 2014
S.O. 3206 (E) .-In pursuance of Clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act , 1962 (50 of 1962) , Central Government, in partial modification of Notification No. 2709 (E ) dated 27th October 2009 published by Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas in the Gazette of India dated 28th October , 2009, hereby extends area ofjurisdiction in addition to the areas mentioned in Column (2) of the table of the Notification and authorizes the authority mentioned in Column (1 ) of the table of the Notification to perform the functions of the CompetentAuthority under the said Act for laying of pipelines for transportation of gas/ oil/ water by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited also in areas falling in District Navsari of Gujarat State.
