काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 3227322732273227(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ)....----केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3घ की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2296 (अ), तारीख 10 सितम्बर, 2014, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii) मेंं तारीख 10 सितम्बर, 2014 को प्रकाषित की गई थी, में एतद्‌द्वारा निम्नलिखित संषोधन करती हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची के हिन्दी रूपान्तर में तालुक नागपुर (ग्रामीण), गांव कापसी खुर्द में-

(i) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 122/10/अ, प्लॉट-6अ के सामने, कालम (8) में प्रविष्टि ''अकृषक'' को प्रविष्टि ''40'' द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

(ii) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 122/10/ब, प्लॉट-6ब के सामने, कालम (8) में प्रविष्टि ''अकृषक'' को प्रविष्टि ''67'' द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

(iii) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 122/13, प्लॉट-11 के सामने, कालम (8) में प्रविष्टि ''अकृषक'' को प्रविष्टि ''30'' द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

S.O. 3227(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 3D of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 2296 (E), dated the 10th September, 2014, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated 10th September, 2014 namely:—

In the Hindi version of schedule to the said notification in Taluka Nagpur (Rural), Village Kapsi (Khu.)

(i) Against Survey number 122/10/A, Plot-6A, the entry in Column (8) "Non-Agriculture" shall be substituted by the entry "40".

(ii) Against Survey number 122/10B Plot-6B, the entry in Column (8) "Non-Agriculture" shall be substituted by the entry "67".

(iii) Against Survey number 122/13, Plot-11, the entry in Column (8) "Non-Agriculture" shall be substituted by the entry "30".
