काकाकाका....आआआआ. . . . 3236323632363236((((अअअअ))))....—कें (cid:12)ीय सरकार, होम्योपैथी कें (cid:12)ीय परिषद अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 59) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते &ए, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 482(अ) तारीख 6 अगस्त, 1974 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के पूर्व स्वास्थ्य और परिवार नियोजन मंत्रालय (स्वास्थ्य िवभाग) की अधिसूचना में निम्निलिखत और संशोधन करती है; अर्थात्:—
उक्त अिधसूचना की सारणी में, शीर्षक "धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (ख) के अधीन निर्वाचित" के अंतर्गत 6म संख्या 16 और तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा और प्रतिस्थापित &आ समझा जाएगा, अर्थात् :-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th December, 2014
S.O. 3236(E).–In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Health and Family Planning (Department of Health) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide notification number S.O. 482(E) dated the 6th August 1974, namely: -
In the said notification, in the Table, under the heading, "Elected under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3", for serial number 16 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted, namely: -

Dr. Rajesh Sharma, 474, Katju Nagar, Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh | Vikram University, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. | With effect from the 17th September, 2014 to 27th March, 2017, or untill his successor has been duly elected, or till he ceases to be a member of the faculty of Homoeopathy of Vikram University, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh whichever is earlier.". |
