काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 3235323532353235((((अअअअ).).).).————के न्(cid:15)ीय सरकार, कोयला धारक क्षेत्र (अर्जन और विकास) अिधिनयम, 1957 (1957 का 20) (िजसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अिधिनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन जारी, भारत सरकार के कोयला मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का. आ. 1723(अ), तारीख 12 फरवरी, 2014, जो भारत के राजपत्र, भाग II, ख+ड 3 उप –ख+ड (ii) तारीख 10 जुलाई, 2014 में प्रकाशित उक्त अिधसूचना से संलग्न अनुसूची में वििन2दष्ट 180.00 हेक्टेयर (लगभग) या 444.78 एकड़ (लगभग) भूिम और ऐसी भूिम में और उस पर के सभी अधिकार का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की सूचना दी गई थी ;

और सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उक्त अिधिनयम की धारा 8 के अनुसरण में के न्(cid:15)ीय सरकार को अपनी रिपोर्ट दे दी है ;

और के न्(cid:15)ीय सरकार का पूव<क्त रिपोर्ट पर विचार करने के पश्चात् और मध्य प्रदेश सरकार से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् यह समाधान हो गया है कि इससे संलग्न अनुसूची में व?णत 180.00 हेक्टेयर (लगभग) या 444.78 एकड़ (लगभग) माप वाली भूिम और ऐसी भूिम में या उस पर के सभी अधिकार अ?जत किये जाने चािहएं;

अत:, अब, के न्(cid:15)ीय सरकार, कोयला धारक क्षेत्र (अर्जन और विकास) अिधिनयम, 1957 की धारा 9 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते Cए यह घोषणा करती है कि अनुसूची में व?णत 180.00 हेक्टेयर (लगभग) या 444.78 एकड़ (लगभग) माप वाली भूिम और ऐसी भूिम में या उस पर के सभी अधिकार अ?जत किए जाते हैं।

इस अिधसूचना के अधीन आने वाले क्षेत्र के रेखांक संख्यांक एनसीएल/मुख्यालय/राजस्व/2014/68, तारीख 23 सितम्बर, 2014 का िनरीक्षण कलक्टर, सिगरौली, मध्य प्रदेश के कार्यालय में या कोयला िनयंत्रक, 1, काउं िसल हाउस स्ट्रीट, कोलकाता- 700001 के कार्यालय में या नार्दर्न कोलफील्Nस िलिमटेड, राजस्व अनुभाग, सिगरौली, मध्य प्रदेश - 486889 के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है।

ख - ग: रेखा िबन्दु 'ख' से आरम्भ होती है, और Uाम झिगुरदा के प्लाट संख्यांक 412, प्लाट संख्यांक 394 और प्लाट संख्यांक 393 तथा Uाम चूरीदह के प्लाट संख्यांक 1, प्लाट संख्यांक 2 तथा पुन: प्लाट संख्यांक 1 के Uाम झिगुरदा के प्लाट संख्यांक 392 और प्लाट संख्यांक 389 से होकर गुजरती है तथा िबन्दु 'ग' पर िमलती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 17th December, 2014

S.O. 3235(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal number S.O. 1723 (E), dated the 12th February, 2014, issued under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) and published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 10th July, 2014 the Central Government gave notice of its intention to acquire 180.00 hectares (approximately) or 444.78 acres (approximately) lands and all rights in or over such lands specified in the Schedule appended to that notification;

And, whereas, the competent authority in pursuance of section 8 of the said Act has made his report to the Central Government;

And, whereas, the Central Government after considering the report aforesaid and after consulting the Government of Madhya Pradesh is satisfied that the land measuring 180.00 hectares (approximately) or 444.78 acres (approximately) and all rights in or over such lands as described in the Schedule appended hereto should be acquired;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957, the Central Government hereby declares that the land measuring 180.00 hectares (approximately) or 444.78 acres (approximately) and all rights in or over such lands as described in the Schedule are hereby acquired.

The plan bearing number NCL/HQ/Revenue/2014/68,dated the 23rd September, 2014 of the area covered by this notification may be inspected at the office of the Collector, Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh or at the office of the Coal Controller, 1, Council House Street, Kolkata- 700 001 or at the office of the Northern Coalfields Limited, Revenue Section, Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh-486 889.

A-B: The line starts from point 'A' on common village boundary of village Karwari and Jhingurda passes through plot nos. 410, common corner of plot no. 411 and 413, and 412 of Village Jhingurda and meets at point 'B'.

B-C: Line starts from point 'B' and passes through plot nos. 412, 394 and 393 of Village Jhingurda and plot nos. 1, 2 and again plot no. 1 of Village Churidah again plot nos. 392 and 389 of Village Jhingurda and meets at point 'C'.

C-D: Line starts from point 'C' and passes through plot no. 389 upto the common plot boundary of plot No. 389 and 390 of Village Jhingurda and also meets on common state boundary of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh at point 'D'.

D-E: Line starts from point 'D' and passes through common state boundary of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh and meets at point 'E'.

E-A: Line starts from point 'E' and passes through plot nos. 12, 11, 10, 9, 17 and 1 of Village Churidah and through common Village boundary of Village Karwari and Jhingurda and the same line passes over the previously acquired boundary of Dudhichua Block-I and meets at starting point 'A'.
