का.आ. 3266(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन ;भूमि में उपयोग के अध्किार का अर्जनद्ध अध्निियम, 1962 ;1962 का 50द्ध की धरा 2 के खण्ड ;कद्ध के अनुसरण में उक्त अध्निियम के अध्ीन सिवसागर जिला, आसाम प्रदेश के भीतर ब्रह्मपुत्रा क्रैकर एण्ड पॉलीमर लिमिटेड द्वारा सी2 + द्रवित हाई वेपर प्रेशर पाइपलाइन लकवा से लपेटकाटा ;सिवसागर खण्डद्ध में पाइलपाइन बिछाने के लिए, सक्षम अध्किारी के कार्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए श्री ध्रिेन हजारिका अतिरिक्त उप कमिश्नर जिला सिवसागर ;आसामद्ध को प्राध्कृित करती है, पहले प्राध्कृित सक्षम प्राध्किारी श्री लाखी नन्दन गोगोई को निरस्त किया जाता है ।

S.O. 3266(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), Central Government hereby authorizes Shri Dhiren Hazarika ACS, (Additional Deputy Commissioner), Sivsagar (Assam) to perform the functions of Competent Authority for laying of C2 + Liquid High Vapour Pressure Pipeline from Lakwa to Petrochemical complex, Lepetkata by the Brahmaputra Cracker and polymer Limited (BCPL), under the said Act, within Shivsagar District of State of Assam. Earlier notified Competent Authority Shri Lakhi Nandan Gogoi stands de-notified.
