सा.का.नि. 926(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, प्रशासनिक अध्किरण अध्निियम, 1985 ;1985 का 13द्ध की धरा 4 की उप-धरा
;2द्धद््वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए, इस संबंध् में हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार से अनुरोध् प्राप्त होने पर भारत के राजपत्रा में अध्सिूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से एतद््वारा हिमाचल प्रदेश प्रशासनिक अध्किरण की स्थापना करती है जो कि इस अध्निियम के खंड 3 की धरा ;गद्ध के प्रयोजन से फ्नियत दिनय् होगा ।

G.S.R. 926(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by of sub-section (2) of Section 4 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government, on receipt of a request in this behalf from the Government of Himachal Pradesh, hereby establishes the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal with effect from the date of publication of this notification in Gazette of India, which shall be the "appointed day" within the meaning of clause (c) of Section 3 of the said Act.
