काकाकाका....आआआआ. 3318. 3318. 3318. 3318 ((((अअअअ)))).—भारतीय पशुचिकित्सा परिषद् अधिनियम, 1984 (1984 का 52) की धारा 15 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 'ए, कें * सरकार परिषद् के साथ परामर्श से एतद्द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की प्रथम अनुसूचीत में आगे निम्निलिखत और संशोधन करती है, नामत:-
भारतीय पशुचिकित्सा परिषद् अधिनियम, 1984, की प्रथम अनुसूची में, उपशीर्षक 'डि1ीज' के तहत 4म संख्या 82 के , उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए, निम्निलिखत 4म संख्या व प्रविष्टियां शामिल की जायेंगी, नामत:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th December, 2014
S.O. 3318(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 15 of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (52 of 1984), the Central Government, after consulting the Veterinary Council of India, hereby makes the following further amendments in the First Schedule to the said Act, namely :-
In the First Schedule to the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984, under sub-heading "Degrees", after serial number 82 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely :—

| "83. Tripura University in respect of Students admitted in College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry at R.K. Nagar, Agartala (Tripura) during 2009-10. | Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry | B.V.Sc. & A.H. ( This qualification shall be a recognised veterinary qualification only when granted on 3rd September, 2014 and not before or after this date)". |
