सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालयसड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालयसड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालयसड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय अधिसूचनाअधिसूचनाअधिसूचनाअधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 30 दिसम्बर, 2014 काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 3320332033203320(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ)....---- केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 8क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय (सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 760(अ), तारीख 18 मार्च, 2009, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii) में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः- उक्त अधिसूचना में, अनुसूची के अधीन
| विद्यमान पैरा | निम्नलिखित रूप में प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा |
| (i) रियायतग्राही नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तम्भ (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट यांत्रिक यानों पर उक्त खंड के उपयोग के लिए उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ (3) में विनिर्दिष्ट आधार फीस की दर पर फीस संग्रहीत और प्रतिधारित करेगा। | (i) रियायतग्राही नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तम्भ (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट यांत्रिक यानों पर उक्त खंड के उपयोग के लिए उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ (3) में विनिर्दिष्ट आधार फीस की दर पर 82.500 कि.मी. की लम्बाई के लिए फीस संग्रहीत और प्रतिधारित करेगा। |
| (ii) फीस 416.8 कि.मी. (काजा) पर अवस्थित पथकर प्लाजा पर संग्रहीत की जाएगी। | (ii) फीस 416.8 कि.मी. (काजा) पर अवस्थित पथकर प्लाजा पर 82.500 कि.मी. लम्बाई के लिए संग्रहीत की जाएगी। |
| टिप्पणी संख्या 8 टिप्पणी संख्या 8 :ःःः रियायतग्राही नियत तारीख से कम- से-कम टिप्पणी संख्या 8 दस दिन पहले इस अधिसूचना का सार कम- से-कम दो स्थानीय समाचार पत्रों में (जिनमें से एक स्थानीय भाषा में होगा) वाणिज्यिक प्रचालन की तारीख से कम-से-कम दस दिन पहले प्रकाषित करेगा, जिसमें इस अधिसूचना के उपबन्धों के अनुसार इस प्रकार की नियत तारीख का भी उल्लेख होगा और सार को पुनरीक्षित फीस को प्रभावी रूप देने से दस दिन पहले पुनः प्रकाशित करेगा। | टिप्पणी संख्या 8 टिप्पणी संख्या 8 ः : : : रियायतग्राही इस अधिसूचना का सार तथा टिप्पणी संख्या 8 टिप्पणी संख्या 8 बारंबार के प्रयोक्ताओं और स्थानीय यातायात के लिए छूट की योजना, जैसाकि रियायत करार में दिया गया है, वाणिज्यिक प्रचालन की तारीख से कम- से-कम दस दिन पहले दो स्थानीय समाचार पत्रों में (जिनमें से एक स्थानीय भाषा का होगा) प्रकाशित करेगा जिसमें इस अधिसूचना के प्रावधानों के अनुसार वाणिज्यिक सुचालन की तारीख का भी उल्लेख किया जाएगा। इस अधिसूचना के अनुसार संशोधित फीस का प्रभावी रूप देने से दस दिन पहले भी ऐसे सार को दोहराया जाएगा। |

New Delhi, the 30th December, 2014
S.O. 3320(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways) number S.O. 760(E), dated the 18th March, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:—
In the said notification, under the SCHEDULE

| (i) The Concessionaire shall collect and retain the fees on mechanical vehicles specified in column (2) of the Table below, for the use of the said stretch at the rate of base fee specified in Column (3) of the said Table. | (i) The Concessionaire shall collect and retain the fees on mechanical vehicles specified in column (2) of the Table below, for the use of the said stretch at the rate of base fee specified in Column (3) of the said Table for a length of 82.500 Km. |

| Note No. 8: The concessionaire shall publish substance of this notification in two local newspapers (one of which shall be vernacular language), which shall also state the date of commercial operation as per the provisions of this notification, at least ten days prior to the date of commercial operation and such substance shall also be repeated, ten days prior to giving effect to revised fees. | Note No. 8: The concessionaire shall publish substance of this notification and the scheme of discount to frequent users and Local Traffic, as provided in the Concession Agreement, in two local newspapers (one of which shall be vernacular language), which shall also state the date of commercial operation as per the provisions of this notification, at least ten days prior to the date of commercial operation. Such substance shall also be repeated, ten days prior to giving effect to revised Fees as per this notification. |
