सा....का....िन. 938(. 938(. 938(. 938(अ).).).).————भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) िनयमावली, 1954 के िनयम 4 के उप-िनयम (1) और (2) के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 0ए, के न्2ीय सरकार उत्तउत्तउत्तउत्तर प्रदेश र प्रदेश र प्रदेश र प्रदेश सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) िविनयमावली, 1955 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एत5ारा निम्निलिखत िवनियमों को बनाती है, अर्थात् :-

1. (i) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशानिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का िनयतन) सातवां

संशोधन िविनयमावली, 2014 होगा ।

(ii) ये विनियम शासकीय राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का िनयतन) िविनयमावली, 1955 की अनुसूची में """"उत्तउत्तउत्तउत्तर प्रदेशर प्रदेशर प्रदेशर प्रदेश"""" शीर्षक के अंतर्गत आने वाली प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-

टिप्पणी 2: मुख्य विनियम दिनांक 22.10.1955 की एसआरओ सं. 3350 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किए गए थे ।

G.S.R. 938(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (LXI of 1951) read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of Rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Uttar Pradesh hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, namely: -

1. (i) These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Seventh Amendment Regulations, 2014.

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

2. In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, under the heading "UTTAR PRADESH" for the entries occurring there under, the following shall be substituted namely:-

Note 1: Prior to the issue of this notification, the Total Authorized Strength of Uttar Pradesh IAS Cadre was 592.

Note 2: The principal Regulations were published in the Gazette of India vide SRO No. 3350, dated 22.10.1955. Subsequently, they were amended in respect of the Uttar Pradesh Cadre of Indian Administrative Service vide following G.S.R. numbers and dates:-

1. (1) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) सातवां संशोधन िनयमावली, 2014 होगा।

(2) ये नियम शासकीय राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे ।

2. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) िनयमावली, 2007 में :-

"अनुसूची II-क में, राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा में समय वेतनमान के ऊपर के वेतन वाले पदों" की तालिका में, प्रथम कॉलम में आने वाली 'उत्तउत्तउत्तउत्तर प्रदेशर प्रदेशर प्रदेशर प्रदेश'''' प्रविष्टि और दूसरे कॉलम में आने वाली तदनुरूपी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा अर्थात्:-

(ख) वेतन के अतिरिक्त विशेष भत्ता पाने वाले पदों सहित राज्य सरकार के अधीन भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के वरिष्ठ वेतनमान में वेतन लेने वाले पदों से संबंधित भाग ख में तािलका esa, "उत्तर प्रदेश" के अन्तर्गत आने वाली प्रविष्टियk

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2007:-

(a) in Scheduled II in Part A relating to posts carrying pay above the senior scale of pay of the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments, in the table, for the entry 'UTTAR PRADESH' occurring in the first column and corresponding entries in the second column, the following shall be substituted namely:

"UTTAR PRADESH

(b) in Part B relating to posts carrying pay in the senior scale of the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments including posts carrying special allowances in addition to pay in the time scale, in the Table, for the entries occurring there under 'Uttar Pradesh,' the following shall be substituted, namely:-

District Magistrates Joint Development Commissioner/CDO/Additional/Joint Project Administrator, Area Development Special Secretary to Government Additional/Joint Labour Commissioner Export Commissioner, Goods/Services Additional Registrar, Cooperative Societies Additional Commissioner, Rural Development Additional/Joint Sales Tax Commissioner Director, Panchayats Director, Information Director, Training and Employment Director, Social Welfare Secretary, Public Service Commission Relief Commissioner Director, Local Bodies Regional Food Controller Director (Administration), Medical Health and Family Welfare Additional Commissioner and Additional Secretary, Board of Revenue Director, Bureau of Public Enterprises and Joint/Special Secretary to Government Director (Administration), SGPGI Additional Director, Administrative Training Institute Additional Resident Commissioner".
