(दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम 1957 की धारा 57 के अंतर्गत) दिल्ली में अनधिकृदिल्ली में अनधिकृदिल्ली में अनधिकृदिल्ली में अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों के नियमन हेतु विनियमत कॉलोनियों के नियमन हेतु विनियमत कॉलोनियों के नियमन हेतु विनियमत कॉलोनियों के नियमन हेतु विनियम (दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम 1957 की धारा 57 के अंतर्गत) (दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम 1957 की धारा 57 के अंतर्गत) (दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम 1957 की धारा 57 के अंतर्गत) काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 21(अ)21(अ)21(अ)21(अ)....----दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण, दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम 1957 (1957 का 61) की धारा 57 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से दिल्ली में अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों के नियमन हेतु विनियमों में जिन्हें अधिसूचना का.आ. संख्या 683(अ) दिनांक 24.03.2008 द्वारा अधिसूचित किया गया था, उनमें एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है :-
1. खंड 2 के उप-खंड (ग) को निम्नलिखित से बदला जाएगा :-
(ग) संशोधित दिशा-निर्देशों 2007/विनियम में यथा निर्दिष्ट नियमन के उद्देश्य हेतु ''पर्यावास'' से अभिप्राय दिनांक 01.06.2014 तक विद्यमान उन विद्यमान पर्यावासों से है जो ग्रामीण आबादी के विस्तार के रूप में विकसित हुए हैं और जिनको ग्रामीण आबादी के लाल डोरा विस्तार के रूप में अधिसूचित नहीं किया गया है;
2. खंड 3 के उप-खंड 3.1 को निम्नलिखित से बदला जाएगाः
3.1 नियमन हेतु अंतिम तिथि (कट ऑफ डेट) 01.06.2014 है । 3. खंड 3 के उप-खंड 3.3 (ग) को निम्नलिखित से बदला जाएगाः
3.3 (ग) अनधिकृत कॉलोनियाँ/पर्यावास जिनमें नियमन योजना की औपचारिक घोषणा की तिथि तक 50% से अधिक प्लॉट अनिर्मित हैं । तथापि, जो प्लॉट ऊपर उल्लिखित कॉलोनियों में दिनांक 01.06.2014 के बाद भी और नियमन योजना की औपचारिक घोषणा की तिथि तक बनाए गए हैं, उनके नियमन हेतु कॉलोनी की पात्रता निश्चित करने के लिए विचार किया जाएगा ।

Regulation for Regularisation of Unauthorised colonies in Delhi (Under section 57 of DD Act 1957)
S.O. 21(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 57 of Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), the Delhi Development Authority with the prior approval of Central Government hereby makes following Amendments in Regulations for Regularisation of Unauthorised colonies in Delhi which was notified vide Notification S.O. No. 683(E) dated 24.03.2008:—
1. The sub-clause(c) of the clause 2, shall be substituted by the following:—
(c) "Habitation" for the purpose of regularization as envisaged in the Revised Guidelines 2007/ Regulation means those habitations existing as on 01.06.2014 that have come up as extension to village abadi and have not been notified as Lal Dora extension to village abadi;
2. The sub-clause 3.1 of the clause 3 shall be substituted by the following:
3.1 Cut off date for regularization is 01.06.2014
3. The sub-clause 3.3(c) of the clause 3 shall be substituted by the following:
3.3(c) Unauthorized colonies/habitation where more than 50% plots are un-built on the date of formal announcement of regularization scheme. However, plots which have been built up in the above mentioned colonies even after 01.06.2014 and till the date of formal announcement of regularization scheme will be taken into consideration for deciding the eligibility of the colony for regularization.
