का.आ. 22(अ).—पेट्रोलियम नियम, 2002 के नियम 16 ;1द्ध के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार जन हित में पेट्रोलियम आयात की जरूरत पर विचार करते हुए एतद््द्वारा 01-01-2015 से 31-12-2017 तक तीन वर्षों की अवध्ि के लिए समुद्री मार्ग से भारत में पेट्रोलियम का आयात करने के लिए गुजरात में मुंदरा पत्तन को अध्सिूचित करती है ।

S.O. 22(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 16 (1) of the Petroleum Rules, 2002, the Central Government, in consideration of the necessity to import petroleum in public interest, hereby notifies Mundra Port in Gujarat for importing petroleum within India by sea for a period of three years from 1-1-2015 to 31-12-2017.
