1983 के िनयम 43 के साथ पठित चलचित्र अधिनियम,
1952 (1952 का 37) की धारा 5-घ की उप-धारा (1)
और (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (ए,
के न्+ीय सरकार एत,ारा अधिवक्ता सु/ी बीना गुप्ता और
/ी शेखर अ2यर को इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में
प्रकाशन की तारीख से 3 वर्ष की अवधि या अगले आदेशों,
जो पहले हो, तक के लिए फिल्म प्रमाणन अपीलीय
अधिकरण के सदस्यों के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।

S.O. 24(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (3) of Section 5D of the Cinematograph Act, 1952 (37 of 1952) read with rule 43 of the Cinematograph (Certification) Rules, 1983, the Central Government hereby appoints Ms. Bina Gupta, Advocate and Shri Shekhar Iyer as Members of the Film Certification Appellate Tribunal for a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
