काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 13131313(अ(अ(अ(अ))))....----केन्द्रीय सरकार ने कोयला धारक क्षेत्र (अर्जन और विकास) अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 20) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 7 की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन जारी और भारत के राजपत्र, भाग II खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii), तारीख 4 अगस्त, 2014 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के कोयला मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 1991(अ), तारीख 1 जुलाई, 2014 द्वारा उस अधिसूचना से संलग्न अनुसूची से विनिर्दिष्ट 82.68 हेक्टेयर (लगभग) या 204.23 एकड़ (लगभग) परिक्षेत्र की भूमि में या उस पर के सभी अधिकार का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की सूचना दी थी;
और, सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी रिपोर्ट दे दी है; और, केन्द्रीय सरकार का पूर्वोक्त रिपोर्ट पर विचार करने के पश्चात् और झारखण्ड सरकार से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् यह समाधान हो गया है कि इससे संलग्न अुनुसूची में वर्णित 82.68 हेक्टेयर (लगभग) या 204.23 एकड़ (लगभग) माप वाली भूमि और भूमि में तथा उस पर के सभी अधिकार का अर्जन किया जाना चाहिए;
अतः, अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों को प्रयोग करते हुए घोषणा करती है कि इससे संलग्न अनुसूची में यथावर्णित 82.68 हेक्टेयर (लगभग) या 204.23 एकड (लगभग) माप वाली भूमि और उक्त भूमि में या उस पर के सभी अधिकार अर्जित किए जाते हैं।
इस अधिसूचना के अंतर्गत आने वाले क्षेत्र के रेखांक संख्या आरईवी/16/2014, तारीख 18 अक्तूबर, 2014 का निरीक्षण उपायुक्त, जिला रामगढ़, झारखण्ड के कार्यालय या कोयला नियंत्रक, 1, कांउसिल हाउस स्ट्रीट, कोलकाता- 700001 के कार्यालय में या महाप्रबंधक, कुजू क्षेत्र, जिला रामगढ़, झारखण्ड या महाप्रबंधक (भूमि और राजस्व), सेन्ट्रल कोलफील्ड्स लिमिटेड, दरभंगा हाउस, रांची, झारखण्ड या मुख्य महाप्रबंधक, (खोज प्रभाग), सेंट्रल माइन प्लानिंग एण्ड डिजाइन इन्स्टीच्यूट लिमिटेड, गोंडवाना प्लेस, कांके रोड, रांची, झारखण्ड के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th December, 2014
S.O. 13(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal, number S.O. 1991(E), dated the 1st July, 2014 issued under sub-section (1) of Section 7 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development ) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) and[भाग II—खण्ड 3 (ii)] भारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण 3 published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 4th August, 2014, the Central Government gave notice of its intention to acquire the land and all rights in and over the said land measuring 82.68 hectares (approximately) or 204.23 acres (approximately) in the locality specified in the Schedule appended to that notification;
And, whereas, the competent authority in pursuance of Section 8 of the said Act has made his report to the Central Government;
And, whereas, the Central Government after considering the aforesaid and after consulting the Government of Jharkhand is satisfied that the land and all rights in and over the land measuring 82.68 hectares (approximately) or 204.23 acres (approximately) described in the Schedule appended hereto should be acquired;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land and all rights in and over the said land measuring 82.68 hectares (approximately) or 204.23 acres (approximately) described in the Schedule annexed hereto are hereby acquired.
The plan bearing number REV/16/2014, dated the 18th October, 2014 of the area covered by this notification may be inspected in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, District Ramgarh, Jharkhand or at the Office of Coal Controller, 1, Council House Street, Kolkata -700001 or at the Office of the General Manager, Kuju Area, District Ramgarh, Jharkhand or General Manager (L and R), Central Coalfields Limited, Darbhanga House, Ranchi, Jharkhand or Chief General Manager (Exploration Division), Central Mine Planning and Design Institute Limited, Gondwana Place, Kanke Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
