काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 36363636((((अअअअ))))....————जबकि मध्य प्रदेश राज्य में रारा-12 के किमी 359.10 में पार्वती पुल पर प्रयोक्ता फीस का सं!हण राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग (स्थायी पुलों के उपयोग के लिए फीस) िनयमावली, 1992 के अनुसार मध्य प्रदेश राज्य सरकार द्वारा किया जा रहा है ।
और जबकि उपयु र्क्त परियोजना के लिए प्रयोक्ता फीस के सं!हण हेतु सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी कोई विद्यमान प्रयोक्ता फीस अधिसूचना नह: है ।
अब, इस परियोजना पर प्रयोक्ता फीस का सं!हण <यवहार्य नह: होगा क्योंकि प्रयोक्ता फीस सं!हण के माध्यम से मासिक राजस्व सा.का.िन. 15(अ) दिनांक 12.01.2011 के अनुसार प्रयोक्ता फीस को 40% तक कम किए जाने के पश्चात तथा सं. का.आ. 26(अ) दिनांक 16.01.2014 के अनुसार 10 के गुणक से बढ़ाकर अवसंरचना की लंबाई को राजमार्ग की लंबाई के बराबर परिव?तत करने के पश्चात प्रयोक्ता फीस के सं!हण के लिए मासिक <यय से कम होगा इसिलए सा.का.िन. 838(अ) दिनांक 05.12.2008 के तहत प्रकाशित राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग फीस (दरों का अवधारण एवं सं!हण)
िनयमावली, 2008 के िनयम 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग करते Aए के न्Cीय सरकार एतद्द्वारा मध्य प्रदेश राज्य में रारा- 12 के किमी 359.10 में पार्वती पुल पर प्रयोक्ता फीस के उद!हण को विमुक्त करती है ।

S.O. 36(E).-—Whereas the user fee at Parvati bridge at km. 359.10 of NH-12 in the State of Madhya Pradesh is being collected by the State Government of Madhya Pradesh in accordance with the National Highways (Fees for use of permanent bridges) Rules, 1992.

(1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] And whereas there is no existing user fee notification issued by Ministry of Road Transport and Highways for the collection of user fee for the aforesaid project.
Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008 published vide G.S.R. 838(E), dated 05.12.2008, the Central Government hereby exempts Parvati bridge at km. 359.10 of NH-12 in the State of Madhya Pradesh from levy of user fee as the collection of user fee would not be viable as the monthly revenue through user fee collection would be less than monthly expenditure for collection of user fee after reducing the user fee to 40% as per G.S.R. 15(E) dated 12.01.2011 and converting the length of the structure into an equivalent length of highway by multiplying by a factor of ten as per G.S.R. 26(E), dated 16.01.2014.

काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 33337777((((अअअअ))))....————जबकि ओडिशा राज्य में रारा-6 (नई रारा सं. 49) के कि.मी. 280/0 में बंधन पुल पर प्रयोक्ता शुल्क का सं!हण, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग (स्थायी पुलों का प्रयोग करने के लिए शुल्क) िनयम, 1992 के अनुपालन में दिनांक 29.11.1995 के आदेश सं. 27257 के तहत ओडिशा राज्य सरकार द्वारा किया जा रहा है ।
अब, के न्Cीय सरकार, सा.का.िन. 838(अ), दिनांक 05.12.2008 के तहत प्रकाशित राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग शुल्क (दरों का निर्धारण और सं!हण) िनयम, 2008 के िनयम 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते Aए ओडिशा राज्य में रारा-6 (नई रारा सं. 49) के किमी 280/0 में बंधन पुल पर प्रयोक्ता शुल्क के सं!हण से एतHारा मुक्त करती है क्योंकि प्रयोक्ता शुल्क का सं!हण, प्रयोक्ता शुल्क सं!हण के माध्यम से सा.का.िन. 15(अ), दिनांक 12.01.2011 के अनुसार प्रयोक्ता शुल्क 40% घटाने के पश्चात और सा.का.िन. 26(अ), दिनांक 16.01.2014 के अनुसार संरचना की लंबाई को दस के गुणक से गुणा करके राजमार्ग की लंबाई के समतुल्य बदलने में प्रयोक्ता शुल्क के सं!हण के लिए मासिक <यय की तुलना में कम होगा जो मािसक राजस्व के रूप में अर्थक्षम नह: होगा ।

S.O. 37(E).—Whereas the user fee at Bandhan bridge at km. 288/0 of NH-6 (New NH-49) in the State of Odisha is being collected by the State Government of Odisha vide order No. 27257 dated 29.11.1995 in accordance with the National Highways (Fees for use of permanent bridges) Rules, 1992.
Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008 published vide G.S.R. 838(E) dated 05.12.2008, the Central Government hereby exempts Bandhan bridge at km. 288/0 of NH-6 (New NH-49) in the State of Odisha from levy of user fee as after reducing the user fee to 40% in accordance with G.S.R. 15(E) dated 12.01.2011 and converting the length of the structure into an equivalent length of highway by multiplying by a factor of ten as per G.S.R. 26 (E) dated 16.01.2014, the monthly revenue would be less than monthly expenditure for managing the toll plaza and it would thus not be financially viable.

काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 38383838((((अअअअ))))....————जबकि छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में रारा-30 के किमी 296/2-4 में इन्Cावती पुल पर प्रयुक्त शुल्क का सं!हण राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग (स्थायी पुलों का प्रयोग करने के लिए शुल्क) िनयम, 1992 के अनुपालन में छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य सरकार द्वारा एकत्र किया जा रहा है ।
और जबकि पूवNक्त परियोजना के लिए प्रयोक्ता शुल्क का सं!हण करने के लिए सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी की गई कोई मौजूदा प्रयोक्ता शुल्क अधिसूचना नह: है ।

S.O. 38(E)—Whereas the user fee at Indrawati bridge at km. 296/2-4 of NH-30 in the State of Chhattisgarh is being collected by the State Government of Chhattisgarh in accordance with the National Highways (Fees for use of permanent bridges) Rules, 1992.
And whereas there is no existing user fee notification issued by Ministry of Road Transport and Highways for the collection of user fee for the aforesaid project.
