(1) इन नियमों को पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृ तिक गैस विनियामक बोर्ड (नगर या स्थानीय प्राकृ तिक गैस वितरण नेटवर्क के लिए प%ंच संहिता) संशोधन िविनयम, 2014 कहा जाएगा।

(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृ तिक गैस विनियामक बोर्ड (नगर या स्थानीय प्राकृ तिक गैस वितरण नेटवर्क के लिए प%ंच संहिता) िविनयम, 2011 के िविनयम 23 के उप-िनयम (2) में निम्निलिखत को प्रस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामत् : :—

1. Short title and commencement.

(1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Access Code for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Amendment Regulations, 2014.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In regulation 23 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Access Code for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2011, for sub-regulation (2), the following shall be substituted, namely :—

"(2) If any question arises as to the interpretation of these regulations, the same shall be decided by the Board.".

(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत होंगे।

2. पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृ तिक गैस विनियामक बोर्ड (नगर या स्थानीय प्राकृ तिक गैस वितरण नेटवर्क के लिए प%ंच संहिता) िविनयम, 2011 के िविनयम 9 के उप-िनयम (2) में निम्नलिखित को प्रस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामत् : :—

"(²) इन विनियमों की ⁷ाख्या के रूप में यदि, कोई प्रश्न उत्पन्न होता है तो उसका निर्णय बोर्ड द्वारा लिया जाएगा ।'' ।

No. L-MISC/VI/I/2007.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board hereby makes the following regulations, to amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Meetings of the Board) Regulations, 2007, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.

(1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Meetings of the Board) Amendment Regulations, 2014 namely:—

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. For regulation 7 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Meetings of the Board) Regulations, 2007, the following shall be substituted, namely :—

"7. Interpretation.

If any question arises as to the interpretation of these regulations, the same shall be decided by the Board.".
