सरकार, भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के परामर्श से राष्ट्रीयकृ त बैंक (प्रबंध

प्रबंध एवं प्रकीर्ण उपबंध) स्कीम, 1970 में संशोधन करने के लिए एत(cid:30)ारा निम्नलिखित

निम्नलिखित योजना बनाती है नामतः—

1. (1) इस योजना को राष्ट्रीयकृ त

राष्ट्रीयकृ त बैंक (प्रबंध एवं प्रकीर्ण उपबंध) संशोधन योजना, 2014 कहा

कहा जाएगा ।

(2) यह शासकीय राजपत्र में

में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगी ।

2. राष्ट्रीयकृ त बैंक (प्रबंध एवं प्रकीर्ण उपबंध

उपबंध) योजना, 1970 के खंड 13, उप-खंड (2) में मद (घ) तथा

तथा इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि को निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा नामतः

S.O. 42(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 (5 of 1970), the Central Government, after consultation with the Reserve Bank ofIndia, hereby makes the following scheme further to amend the Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970, namely :Ñ 3 भारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण [भाग II—खण्ड 3;iiद्ध] 1. (1) This scheme may be called the Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Amendment Scheme, 2014.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Nationalised Bank (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970, in clause 13, in sub-clause (2), for item (D) and the entry relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:Ñ "(D) The director referred to in clause (c) of sub-section (3) of the section 9 of the Act".

S.O. 43(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 (40 of 1980), the Central Government, after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, hereby makes the following scheme further to amend the Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1980, namely :Ñ

1. (1) This scheme may be called the Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Amendment Scheme, 2014.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
