के (cid:8)(cid:10)ीय सरकार, औषिध और (cid:16)साधन साम(cid:27)ी अिधिनयम, 1940 क(cid:28) धारा 12 और धारा 33 (cid:30)ारा (cid:16)द(cid:31)शि!य" का (cid:16)योग करते %ए औषिध और (cid:16)साधन साम(cid:27)ी िनयम, 1945 का और संशोधन करने के िलए िन(cid:13)निलिखत िनयम बनाती है अथाAत् :— 100 GI/2015 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 1. (1) इन िनयम" का संि+3 नाम औषिध और (cid:16)साधन साम(cid:27)ी ((cid:16)थम संशोधन) िनयम, 2015 है । (2) ये राजप. म(cid:24) उनके अंितम (cid:16)काशन क(cid:28) तारीख को (cid:16)वृLत ह"गे ।

2. औषिध और (cid:16)साधन साम(cid:27)ी िनयम, 1945 के िनयम 76 म(cid:24),--

(क) उपिनयम (2) म(cid:24), ''अनुसूची ड और'' श2द" और अ+र का लोप (cid:1)कया जाएगा; और (ख) उपिनयम (3) म(cid:24), ''अनुसूची ड और'' श2द" और अ+र का लोप (cid:1)कया जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 6th January, 2015

G.S.R. 11(E).—The following draft rules, which the Central Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 and section 33 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940), are hereby published, as required by sub-section (1) of section 12 and sub-section (1) of section 33 of the said Act, and notice is hereby given that draft of the said rules will be taken into consideration on the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date on which the copies of the Gazette of India containing these draft rules are made available to the public.

Any person who intend to make any objection or suggestion regarding these draft rules, may send the same to the Under Secretary (Drugs) to the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Room No. 527'C', Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi-110011 within the period specified above.

Any objection or suggestion, which may be received within aforesaid period shall be considered by the Central Government.

Draft Rules

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 and section 33 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Drugs and Cosmetics (1st Amendment) Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, in rule 76,—

(a) in sub-rule (2), the word and letter "Schedule M and" shall be omitted; and

(b) in sub-rule (3), the word and letter "Schedule M and" shall be omitted.
