निम्नलिखित के स्थान पर ''सदस्यों के लिए वेतन वृ ि की तारीख के न्#ीय सरकार के कर्मचारियों के समान प्रत्येक वर्ष की 1 जुलाई होगी तथा इसे ध्यान में रखते 0ए रेल दावा अधिकरण (अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष और सदस्यों का वेतन और भत्ता तथा सेवा की शत:) िनयम, 1989 में भूतलक्षी रूप से संशोधन किया जा रहा है. यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि, इस अधिसूचना को भूतलक्षी प्रभाव देने से रेल दावा अधिकरण के सदस्यों पर प्रतिकू ल प्रभाव नह> पड़ेगा''.

G.S.R. 13(E).—In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) number G.S.R. 796 (E) dated the 13th November, 2014,—

for "The date of increment for the Members shall be the 1st July of every year in line with that of the Central Government employees and in view of this, the Railway Claims Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Services of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Members) Rules, 1989 are being amended retrospectively. It is certified that, by giving this notification retrospective effect, no Member shall be adversely affected.
