काकाकाका....आआआआ. . . . 103103103103((((अअअअ))))....————के न्(cid:10)ीय सरकार एत(cid:13)ारा राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अिधिनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:31)ए, इस अिधसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से आं& प्रदेश राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-43 (नई रारा सं. 26) के किमी 486/500 से किमी 492/500 तक निर्माण (चौड़ीकरण/चार लेन का बनाया जाना आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन एवं प्रचालन के िलए निम्निलिखत अनुसूची में यथा-विनि2दष्ट भूिम के खंड के संबंध में उक्त अिधिनयम के अंतर्गत उप-कलेक्टर, पार्वतीपुरम को सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में कार्य निष्पादन के िलए प्राधिकृ त करती है ।

S.O. 103(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the Sub Collector, Parvatipuram as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 486/500 to Km. 492/500 of the National Highway No. 43 (New NH No. 26) for building (widenin /four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Andhra Pradesh as specified in the Schedule given below:
