काकाकाका....आआआआ. . . . 104104104104((((अअअअ))))....————के न्(cid:11)ीय सरकार एतदद्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अिधिनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते ए, इस अिधसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-67 के किमी 513/0 से किमी. 546/7 (मु'ानुरू-जमालामडुगू खंड तक) के भूखंड के संबंध में आं0 प्रदेश राज्य में निर्माण (चौड़ीकरण/चार लेन बनाने इत्यादि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन एवं प्रचालन के िलए नीचे दी गई विनि:दष्ट अनुसूची के अनुसार उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत ऐसे काय@ का निष्पादन करने के लिए जमालामडुगू के राजस्व मंडल अिधकारी को सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है ।

S.O. 104(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Revenue Divisional Officer, Jammalamadugu as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 513/0 to Km. 546/7 (Muddanuru-Jammalamadugu Section) of the National Highway No.-67 for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Andhra Pradesh as specified in the Schedule given below.
