1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सीमा सुरक्षा बल, एअर विंग अराजपत्रित (योधक), समूह 'ख' व समूह 'ग' पद भर्ती(संशोधन), नियम, 2015 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. सीमा सुरक्षा बल एअर विंग, अराजपत्रित (योधक) समूह 'ख' व समूह 'ग' पद भर्ती नियम, 2012 की अनुसूची में - (1) ज्येष्ठ वायुयान मैकेनिक (निरीक्षक), कनिष्ठ वायुयान मैकेनिक (उप निरीक्षक), सहायक वायुयान मैकेनिक (सहायक उप निरीक्षक) और कांस्टेबल(सहायक मैकेनिक/क्लीनर) के पदों से संबंधित क्रमशः क्रम संख्यांक 01 से 03 और क्रम संख्याक 11 के सामने स्तंभ (12) के अधीन प्रविष्टि में मद 3 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्‌ :-

''3. मुख्य इंजीनियर (उप महानिरीक्षक) या

उप मुख्य इंजीनियर (कमांडेंट) या ज्येष्ठ वायुयान अनुरक्षण इंजीनियर (2 आई. सी.), सीमा सुरक्षा बल ''। (2) ज्येष्ठ रेडियो मैकेनिक (निरीक्षक), कनिष्ठ रेडियो मैकेनिक (उप निरीक्षक) और सहायक रेडियो मैकेनिक (सहायक उप निरीक्षक) के पदों से संबंधित क्रमशःक्रम संख्यांक 04, 05 और क्रम संख्यांक 06 के सामने स्तंंभ (12), के अधीन प्रविष्टि में मद 3 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित मद रखी जाएगी, अर्थात :-

''3. मुख्य इंजीनियर (उप महानिरीक्षक) या

उप मुख्य इंजीनियर (कमांडेंट) या ज्येष्ठ वायुयान रेडियो अनुरक्षण इंजीनियर (2 आई. सी.), सीमा सुरक्षा बल ''।

New Delhi, the 1st January, 2015

G.S.R.18(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub- section (2) of Section 141 of the Border Security Force Act, 1968 (47 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Border Security Force, Air Wing, Non-Gazetted (Combatised), Group 'B' and Group 'C' Posts Recruitment Rules, 2012, namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Border Security Force, Air Wing, Non-Gazetted (Combatised), Group 'B' and Group 'C' Posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Border Security Force, Air Wing, Non-Gazetted (Combatised), Group 'B' and Group 'C' Posts Recruitment Rules, 2012, in the Schedule,—

(1) against the posts at serial numbers 1 to 3 and 11, respectively relating to the posts of Senior Aircraft Mechanic(Inspector), Junior Aircraft Mechanic(Sub-Inspector), Assistant Aircraft Mechanic(Assistant Sub- Inspector) and Constable(Assistant Mechanic/Cleaner), in the entry under column(12), for item 3, the following item shall be substituted, namely:—

"3. Chief Engineer(Deputy Inspector General) or

Deputy Chief Engineer(Commandant) or

Senior Aircraft Maintenance Engineer(2 I/C),

Border Security Force".

(2) against the posts at serial numbers 4,5 and 6, respectively relating to the posts of Senior Radio Mechanic (Inspector), Junior Radio Mechanic (Sub-Inspector) and Assistant Radio Mechanic(Assistant Sub-Inspector), in the entry under column(12), for item 3, the following item shall be substituted, namely:—

"3. "Chief Engineer(Deputy Inspector General) or

Deputy Chief Engineer(Commandant) or

Senior Aircraft Radio Maintenance Engineer(2 I/C),

Border Security Force".
