काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 122122122122((((अअअअ).).).).--------––––कें (cid:3)ीय सरकार, कारखाना अिधिनयम, 1948 (1948 का 63) की धारा 2 के खंड (ढ़) के पहले परंतुक के खंड (iii) के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार के इस्पात मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 1579(अ), तारीख 13 जुलाई, 2012 में निम्निलिखत संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में, स्तंभ (1) के अधीन अिधकारी के नाम, पदनाम और पते से संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात् :-
",ी सुशील कु मार मि,ा,
कार्यकारी िनदेशक (संकर्म),
दुर्गापुर इस्पात संयंत्र
जिला बर्दवान, प0िम बंगाल" ।

S.O. 122(E).—In pursuance of clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Steel, number S.O. 1579(E), dated the 13th July, 2012, namely:—
In the said notification, in the Table, for the entries under column (1) relating to Name, designation and address of the officer, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:—
"Shri Sushil Kumar Mishra, Executive Director (Works), Durgapur Steel Plant. District Burdwan, West Bengal".
