सासासासा....काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन.... 19191919((((अअअअ).).).).————कोयला खान भविष्य निधि संगठन में आयुक्त के पद को 20 जून, 2015 से संयुक्त सचिव के स्तर में उन्नयन कर दिया गया है तथा उन्नयन को देखते &ए कोयला खान भविष्य निधि आयुक्त भर्ती नियम, 1994 निष्प्रभावी हो गया है।
अब, अत: कोयला खान भविष्य निधि तथा विविध प्रावधान अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 46) के खंड 3ग के उप-ख+ड (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते &ए, कें 1 सरकार एतदद्वारा दिनांक 21 फरवरी, 1994 के सा.का.िन. 285 (अ) के माध्यम से भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण के भाग–II, ख+ ड 3, र्क्त पद की नियुक्ति की प9ति को विनियमित करने वाले भर्ती नियमों को तत्काल प्रभाव से निरस्त करती है; इस प्रकार के उप-ख+ड (i) में प्रकाशित उपयु
निरस्तीकरण से इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन से पूर्व उक्त नियमों के अधीन किए गए अथवा समाप्त किए जाने वाले प्रावधान पर कोई प्रभाव नह= पड़ेगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th January, 2015
G.S.R. 19(E).—Whereas the post of Commissioner in the Coal Mines Provident Fund Organisation has been upgraded in the level of Joint Secretary with effect from the 20th June, 2005 and in view of the upgradation, the Coal Mines Provident Fund Commissioner Recruitment Rules, 1994 have become redundant;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 3C of the Coal Mines Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1948 (46 of 1948), the Central Government hereby rescinds the recruitment rules regulating the method of appointment to the above post published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 285(E), dated the 21st February, 1994, with immediate effect; such rescission shall not affect anything done or omitted to be done under the said rules before the publication of this notification.
